[ Charlie's been pondering for a while, and with that pondering comes some questions.

Nothing too serious, of course. This is about fun. ]

Your friendly neighborhood Charlie here! [ She gives the camera a little wave as she shows up on the network. It's still kinda sorta weird to facetime the area at large, but hey - when in Rome. ] Got a question for everyone. If I were to start up, say, a friendly game of D&D, would anyone be interested?

Or, even something extra awesome - like paintball! [ It's an idea that pops into her mind as soon as she says it, and her eyes light up. ] We've totally got enough room to spread out, get some teams together. Just seeing if there's any interest before I start getting down to the nitty gritty of planning and plotting and scheming.

[ Obviously, not the nefarious kind of scheming. Just some harmless fun times! ]

[ Charlie's cheerful at the responses to her questions so far, and jots his name down on her little list she's been keeping. ]

So, do you prefer controlled semi-violence that involves paint, or a sit down game of imagination fun times?

I'd be up for either. The grounds have a lot of room for paintball. It'd be pretty fun over so much ground.

[ The hardest of choices. Charlie's starting to think both options need to just happen eventually at this point. ]

Oh yeah, and we've got plenty of hiding spots everywhere. We could get together some kind of uniform thing going on, and all the equipment we need can pop right out of these closets!

[ Her own maybe...not so much. ]

Other closets, maybe, since I think I made mine kinda mad or something. I keep asking it for things but it just gives me other stuff.

[Souji's never had problems with his own closet, but he's seen plenty of trouble with them.]

I was poking around for a few books the other day, and it just kept churning out Redbook magazines. Totally not in my age range, you know?

[ Except lol they kinda are but don't tell Charlie that. ]

And it spits slinkys out at me every so often. Still haven't figured that one out.

[Souji's unsure what Redbook magazine is, though the age range comment gives him a clue. The slinkys are a surprise though.]

...Huh. Something subconscious? Do you like to, uh...walk down stairs? And make a slinkity sound?

[ His question makes her laugh. Hey, maybe it is something subconscious, even if she doesn't make silly sounds when she travels down the stairs. ]

Well, I hung out on some floating stairs when the mansion went to pieces. I will say I've broken a few slinkys in my time, maybe it's some master slinky trying to punish me for hurting its brethren.

[ Those things get all kinds of tangly. ]

Do you ever get weird stuff like that sometimes?

Not me. But someone I knew opened his closet once and a few hundred parakeets came out.

[He kept one as a pet for awhile, but then his Mirror kidnapped it and killed it gruesomely. :\]

You know, I've been wondering if you liked the last event. I'm kind of proud of it.

Holy crap, I need to be more careful. One second I'm asking for a kickass jacket, the next I'll have birds everywhere. Not down with that.

[ It would be messy and smelly and she would probably have her eyes pecked out. That's a thing, right? ]

It was a blast! I got to do a little karaoke with an emo vampire, not too shabby. Always wondered what it'd be like to go to that kind of school - I dropped out myself when I was super young. Was kinda on the run and stuff.

[Everyone here is so dang interesting. He can't help being nosy.]

The Man! I kinda sorta did a thing when I was young and got into some legal trouble.

[ Stealing games, peppering it with her liberal agenda, that kind of thing. ]

It was so overblown, not even a big deal, but someone thought it was. Someone being the government.

I was never on the run, but I was taken to the police station a couple times.

[She might remember from the game. :T]

...The police are pretty scary.

[ She does indeed remember, but she knows it's weird to be all OMG I KNOW so she'll just grin at him. ]

Sometimes. I've met a few shady cops in my time, sexist ones, too. Thinking that just 'cause I'm a girl I can't keep them on their toes.

[ Not that she would resist arrest if she was caught, but there have been speeding tickets. And possibly a drunk in public moment during a birthday weekend. ]

It's totally possible they aren't even looking for me anymore, but I'm just so used to the lifestyle... [ She shrugs. Being a nomad kinda works for her. ]

What do you do for a living then?

I kinda bounce around from job to job. Mostly IT work, since that's my forte and all. I've taken a couple of waitressing gigs, too, but eh. IT is where it's at!

[ Also a side business of forging fake IDs because how else is she going to change names and stay on the run? ]

[Souji's trying to remember if anyone he knows in Inaba even has a computer...]

That should come in handy here. A lot of us will probably need the help.
