But he did come out here for a reason too. He had already searched all the normal places within the mansion and around the grounds. Still nothing. Nothing had turned up. No sign or anything. He hadn't wanted to believe it, but he knew it was inevitable. Things like this were possible.

Hey. I know everyone's kind of consumed with what the dormouse had to say or...didn't say. But I really want to see where everyone falls regarding opinions on the Vendors.

Since we can't pick the memory they want, that means somehow they can rifle through our minds to pick the thing they want to take. And it'd probably have to be something meaningful or impactful. If I ever, for whatever reason, had no option but to use the Vendors, I could lose something like the birth of my son. I'd have no choice or say in the matter.

[ Her reason for using the Vendors would have to be extraordinary. Something involving Kurt or Ray and dire circumstances. ]

Anyway, my actual question is...how do we know, if the Vendors can access our minds and memories, that they or someone or something else doesn't do that all the time, on a constant basis? If Wonderland does actually use our memories to fuel the things that happen here, does that mean our brains are constantly being...I don't know. Monitored???

I'd really like some opinions on this.

The first important thing is that Pluto used to be a planet. Eventually a bunch of scientists decided it was too small to be an actual planet though, so they called it a dwarf planet instead. From the time it was discovered to when it got demoted to a dwarf planet, it didn't even have a chance to go all the way around the sun! Because it's that far away from us! That's pretty unfair, since Pluto never really got a chance.

[Rick starts talking without any sort of preamble.]

So, coffee doesn't work. Caffeine pills don't work. Addy, speed, Ex, none of the usual amphetamines work. E-Even fucking--fucking kalaxian crystals don't work, I, I don't know how Wonderland managed that one.

Listen, I don't fucking g-get nightmares, okay? I yanked out that part of my brain i-in my thirties. So, so we got two options here. Either these are just Wonderland-fueled nightmares, a-and it's just, just a plain old goddamn fucked up dream event, or some of you motherfuckers are, are actually d-dreamwalking into my goddamn brainspace, and I swe-EAAAARRRRHH-r to fuck if that's the case I'm going to kill every single one of you who's c-come into my house and taken a massive subconscious shit on my mental rug.

And if it's not, then, then Wonderland can go fu--

[Abruptly, his eyes roll upward and he collapses right where he's standing. After a moment, snoring can be heard.]

[Kiyotaka Ishimaru's sudden change of scenery was a surprise, to say the least. He went from being trapped in a school and forced to participate in a class trial, to suddenly being somewhere in the outside world again. Specifically, he's ended up perched on the branch of an orchard tree. After spending a few moments shocked over this sudden turn of events, he proceeds to wrack his brain wondering how and why this could have happened. What happened to the trial - did they figure out the killer? Are Bro and the rest of the class outside and alright, too?

He does find one potential clue on him: a small device that he's never seen before. Looking it over, it looks like some strange communication device! After fiddling with it for a moment, he manages to activate it. He stares intensely at the screen for a moment before he finally starts speaking.]

Hello!! Is this thing truly working? How incredible! Anyway... my name is Kiyotaka Ishimaru! I am a hardworking young student who believes in bold simplicity! I also bear the talent of being the Super High School Level Public Morals Committee Member! It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance! ...Er, the acquaintance of whoever may receive this message, of course!

[He stands as rigid and formally as ever atop the tree branch as he shouts into the device.]

Please bear with me, as there are a few things that I wish to ask about! First of all, can anyone tell me where I am right now? I do not recognize this area at all! Secondly, if any of my classmates can hear me, I would like you to speak up now! We must have accomplished something incredible... or even if anyone knows where I can find my classmates, I would greatly appreciate it!

...I believe that is all that is on my mind currently! Thank you for your time. I intend to do my best to figure out this situation!

[Action-wise, you can come across him in the tree or just find him later when he's exploring the mansion!]
