[There's someone on the face box thingy and they look sad. Sad and without family. He knows that feeling, he and Rocket are in the same boat. Groot frowns for a while before deciding to send a message, just to make sure the sad looking floaty face is okay. He would try talking but people tend to have more luck responding to the fun picture-y things.
