As the three sisters announced yesterday, there is a new event this weekend! More information can be found on the bulletin board.

There will be a top level in this post for signing up for random cell mates. There will be ideally there would be four people to a cell, but some may go over that to make sure everyone gets to participate; you do not have to sign up for randomization! Random or not, these are the people you will be sharing a single toilet with, so consider it a great bonding experience.

All powers are nerfed for this event, no magic for anyone.

As a reminder, escape will be futile until the third day.

Addendum!: Shana provided a crime generator, so if you would like to edit your randomizing roommate comments with 'randomize a crime for me as well' please do so! tl;dr you can make up your own crime and still be randomized for rooming. Alternatively, you can specify that you would only like a random crime if you do not want random rooming.

hi! just looking for some quick clarification.

on the bulletin board, it suggests that characters from 'the guardians of the galaxy' will feel woozy, forget the word, etc., but in the past i've noticed that all the mcu characters tend to get hit by this together. mostly, i'm wondering whether this was a typing error or whether i've misunderstood this mechanic in the past.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru will be convinced that he probably did really commit whatever crime he's accused of (probably murder!) and that serving his time is the right thing to do, so it'll take a lot of persuasion to get him in on an escape effort! If he does make it out, he'll probably mostly stay in the casino and hide from holograms. He will be in Cell 7!

Steven Universe won't be too happy to be imprisoned in space again, and he'll be more willing to help with escape efforts! But his problem is that while nerfed, he'll pretty much just be like an ordinary child (with a skill at throwing shield-like objects?) so he'll probably mostly be good for distractions and fitting into small spaces. And once he makes it out, he'll probably also spend the last day hiding out in the casino! He will be in Cell 8! (and charged with desecrating graves?!)

Lapis has a long miserable history with being imprisoned, in space jail and otherwise, and she does not appreciate this. But hey, as far as she's concerned, Wonderland already WAS an inescapable hellprison, so what's even the difference. As long as she and hers aren't in immediate danger, all it is is really really depressing.

So she's going to try to just keep her head down and ride it out, and by the time Escape Day comes she'll be a bit beaten down. She's not going to be much help escaping unless persuaded, and honestly might need some encouragement just to bother leaving even if there were a route secured. To be fair, the desert isn't even that much better, although not needing to breathe is an advantage out there.

...She also doesn't like being depowered, but in this case, water powers really would not be making much difference anyway, would they. Again, desert. It means no flying though! That's a drag!

Raymond Reddington: is number one on the FBI's most wanted list. He's been imprisoned in and escaped from prisons all over the world, including the United States, Laos, Russia, and a CIA Blacksite. There've also been various incidents of house arrests. He's probably going to be the most zen cellmate, who can probably get you out.

Gabriel Lorca: He's been in a war for the last seven months, and recently spent days being tortured in a Klingon Prison. He also got out, but he wasn't happy being in prison at all. I imagine it's not going to be much different here.

HELLO CELLMATE - Stan is actually in a very similar position, and has been in prison at least three different countries and escaped from all of them (US and Colombia are canon confirmed) and has spent so much of his life doing so many crimes. Between the two of them I'm sure breaking out is going to be a breeze.

CULLEN is in CELL ELEVEN for the fake crime of IDENTITY THEFT.

He has been through a spell of magical imprisonment and won't like space jail much better. The idea of breaking out will hurt him deeply in his Lawful Good bones, and he'll question if it's the best course of action for a Wonderland event, but if the opportunity presents itself then he'll take it.

Once outside he will attempt to wait out the event, probably try to establish something like a safe zone in the casino and herd people there as needed.

Tim is Not About being held in a small cell, as it reminds him of less good times, and will be very interested in trying to figure a way to break out. This will fail for obvious reasons until the third day, but if you need someone to play distraction by setting shit on fire, Tim is apparently you guy.

Other than that, I might plan for Tim to run into some holograms for fightin' purposes, but he should be okay otherwise. Last event taught him that he's really actually quite good at survivability? So that's nice.

She will relent that this might sound like something she would do, depending on what bullshit the space government was up to, but she will not be okay with what they're told not matching up with their memories. Something is WRONG. Were their memories tampered with, why, also LET'S GTFO OF HERE. She will be all about an escape plan, so let's do that.

She'll be keeping an eye out for her people and probably try to stick closer to them once they leave space prison. Will probably wait things out to the best of abilities once in the casino. Is decidedly NOT touching some collar bullshit because that just looks like a trap kbye.

Maze is going to be celled up with Cissie King-Jones and Shaun Mason and work on escaping with them. She may in fact be dumb enough to put on a collar when she gets out I haven't decided. Anyway she's mostly here to have fun and fight people. Being power nerfed will annoy her, but nerfing can't take away thousands of years of experience so she'll still be pretty tough once she gets used to not being as strong as usual. Her crime is "Defrauding the Government" which I mean. Her ID is extremely forged. So legit?? She thought they'd care more about all the murder and drugs and shit but hey.

Kon is NOT GOING TO BE PLEASED with all the power nerfing. He'll get an open log being annoyed with it. He'll also be annoyed at being accused of "money laundering in support of space terrorism" cause come on, he's a superhero!! He'd never support space terrorists!! Definitely going to be working on escape. Also here if anyone needs an intervention from the guards! He might not be superpowered, but he's still a hero. He's with Satoru, Ishimaru, Peridot, and Jamie Fraser.

Dipper thinks this is way worse than the county jail. He's definitely gonna try and escape, like his Grunkle before him! Course, he's a tiny noodle arm child, but hey, he can squeeze through the bars or something! He's with Ryuji, Nathanial Howe, Tony Stark, and Mae.

Georgia is going to be NOT REMOTELY HAPPY to be pent up in tight quarters. She won't like being kept prisoner at all, though at least this is super not the CDC and nothing is white. But. Close proximity to so many other people, none of whom are Shaun. She hates this. The good news is she does know and like her cellmates, so it isn't as bad as it could be. Wynonna is going to be imprisoned for the Trafficking of Illegal Substances -- which will hit a little close to home because way back in the days of her youth Wynonna's parole officer was a drug dealer who had her working for him and then she was used as a scapegoat so he could avoid getting in trouble and she landed back in juvie. They were not fun times. Not to mention this time she knows she didn't do anything wrong and there's a kid in her cell too? Fuck that. We're busting out of this joint, fam.

She is generally mostly human so the depowering won't be a problem. She knows how to pick locks and sneak around and has a lot skills from her more criminal and delinquent days that will probably come in handy.

Kokichi is getting put in solitary for Conspiring to Commit Murder and is not gonna be happy about it at all. Sure, his canon is a murder game, but he doesn't remember being involved in any murder!

As usual, he's going to try and lie his way out at first, but I'm pretty sure the guards won't buy the puppy dog eyes. He's gonna try to escape ASAP. This kid is good with picking locks, and power nerfing does not apply to humans like him.

Once he's at the casino, he will try and claim at least one area for himself like the gremlin he is.

Asriel will immediately panic the moment he wakes up in jail, his crime being Soul Forgery. He will attempt to escape the moment he sees an opportunity, probably getting his ass kicked by guards in the process because he's going to want out now. He won't fair much better in the wasteland, probably running around and getting attacked and looking for a safe place.

Sayori will be too afraid to go anywhere, and might need pushed to leave once there's an escape. She definitely has no survival skills for a huge wasteland, so she'll probably be getting lost a lot. I've been playing with the idea of her finding one of the collars, playing around with it and realizing too late that it doesn't actually come off.

Daisy is in Cell Three and has been put into prison because of Criminal Interference with Religious Worship. Daisy will definitely be trying to get the heck out of there ASAP. Which will probably result on her pissing off the guards and getting punished for it. She's also willing to risk her safety to help protect others. Once they are able to get outside, Daisy will be dumb and end up in the toxic air, but, Tony Stark will be rescuing her. So there's that.

Claire Will be going wherever medical attention is needed. Get beaten severely by guards? Claire's there for you!!

hey, alec's new so i couldn't help deciding to toss him into an event where he gets locked up. canonically, alec tends to abide by the law to an almost extreme degree so being imprisoned for something that he ends up doing later in his canon. not yet but it would be plausible so he'd just think he was influenced by his brother and sister.

he'll definitely want to get out of there but him being him, he might be a bit of a hard sell in helping since he'll think that he broke the law, he deserves to be locked up. so, he can be a bit of an obstacle if anyone wants some antagonism in cell 3 but he won't put up too much of a fight.

dunno if i'll send him outside into the toxic gas but i think he would head for the casino to explore and that means getting him some hot hologram action.

Fitz will be hanging out in cell one and will probably be okay with it for at least the first day. This event is hitting while he's in the middle of being stressed out about how people tend to die when he's trying to rescue them, and will think of this as atonement for his past failures. If someone can get him over that hump, he'll be good about helping people jailbreak! But if not, he'll be perfectly content to sit around and rot for a week.

I don't have plans beyond the jail stuff though, so wide open for desert/casino interactions! I promise, science nerd is smart. He can build you a thing if you get his confidence up a little.

Sans is going to be in a cell on his own for transporting weapons of mass destruction, and will probably be trying to stay as lowkey as possible. Without his magic he's functionally useless and extremely weak, so he won't be doing anything whatsoever that could jeopardize him. Although the guards will probably pick up on his reluctance and badger him a lot. Once he gets to the casino, he's gonna connect with his people and probably just keep laying low.

Rick has been there done that and so is going to be working on escaping the prison from the get-go. He'll be in Cell 11. Once he's out, he's probably gonna keep to himself and explore the wasteland and maybe take samples of toxic gas, kill some ghost people, that sorta thing. He's gonna be significantly more subdued for this event than he was for the last one.

Mae is going to rapidly go stir crazy in Cell 9 because she wants nothing to do with space or aliens or any of this horse shit after the last event. She's probably going to become increasingly anxious and obnoxious until they escape. She's going to continue to be pretty agitated in the casino but will probably just hide under a table like a gremlin for most of it. She's sick of events and near-death and all of this.

Ryuji is going to be in cell nine (HEYA, ROOMIES!!!) for crimes involving being a general miscreant and criminal misconduct, sooo... BASICALLY CANON. This is really not how he wanted to find out what the inside of jail is like. X(

Given that he ain't about the submissive prisoner life, he's likely going to mouth off the guards and be on the receiving end of a constant string of beat-downs until the big escape (or until someone more reasonable steps in to talk him down, whichever happens first). From there he'll probably spend the last bit of the event in the casino licking his wounds. He's played enough video games and been to enough Palaces to know toxic fumes are never a good thing...
