There are some things here that are limited.
We can only die a certain number of times before it changes.
Do you think there are any limits to anything else here?
How many people can come from your world.
How many times you can leave this place.
Or is it just that one?

You can leave this place?

I'm sure there's got to be.
Trouble is, no one's ever remembered it.

I am also interested in the answer to this question.

ive seen one of my kids come and go from here a few times in one year. and it happened before apparently

so if theres a limit on that its pretty high

I have only gone home and come back once, so it could be that.
I would ask some of the others, though.

These are good questions, Lydia.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are limits on other things.
I also wouldn't be surprised if there aren't any other limits.
Wonderland seems to take pride in making no sense. That, or in making us believe that there's no sense to its structure.

some arbitrary limit for separate people would be pretty stupid

a lot of things like this dont make sense, but theres still a kind of sense in itself. what possible benefit would it get limiting people coming back? it just loses a source of energy

Maybe there's limits to all kinds of things! Like eating and drinking and using bandages!

Affirmative. It is ...difficult to replicate these occurrences for study.

However, through careful documentation, useful data may be acquired.

I'm not sure. There doesn't seem to be a limit on memories you can lose.

We each get only one Mirror, though.

How do things change if you die too many times?

[Not that he's planning on dying. He'd really rather avoid it.]
