[Minato's excuse for not being around much (while I was on hiatus!) is that he caught a bad cold after being out in the snow, and then spent the past couple weeks recovering in his room, doing his best to deal with the events on top of being unwell. But since everything seems to have returned to Wonderland's sense of normal now, Minato is outside yet again, but not with the intention to get sick once more, not that he had any intention to get sick in the first place.

But then again, he does have snow in his gloveless hands, balling up said snow and packing it together in order to make a snowman that is very reminiscent of a certain mischievous Persona by the name of Jack Frost. At least this time Minato's not sleeping in the snow and actually has a coat and scarf on as is appropriate for winter wear. Just no gloves. Those aren't helpful when it comes to precision with snowman building.

His mp3 player and headphones are resting on top of his comm device that began recording the sounds of the ocean waves and this song, faint and distant and the result of Minato having enough downtime to find new music while sick.

Minato brushed some of the snow and water from his hands before looking out at the sea.]

So I'm pretty much done with this friggen' nonsense fake reality TV sh...tuff. [Kanji's trying not to curse over the comm, you've got to give him that. It doesn't stop him from scowling down at the screen, but hey, this isn't charity and we can't get everything we want.]

I know it's over and shit [Oops.] and I'll quit thinking about it. So basically I'm goin' down to the kitchen to bake cupcakes in five. I'm giving them out when they're done.

For free. [He shuts off the feed abruptly afterwards.]

Fellow residents of the mansion, I have a proposal which I wish to put to you for your approval. It is something which has been on my mind ever since Sokka-san and I conversed, and the latter event has me more convinced than before that we need to work more closely together in order to better endure what the mansion throws at us.

In particular, it would be useful to know who is most susceptible to the mansion's influence. I must admit the idea is not entirely my own - for her draconian measures and forceful attitude, the - I believe legislacerator is the term - speaks sense when she manages to speak plainly. But now that the mansion has forcibly isolated us, we need to know who is most likely to crumble without support. That way, we can ensure they receive the assistance they require before it is too late to prevent the worst.

I will gladly collate this information, but I realise some may not be so ready to trust in someone they barely know. If that is the case, perhaps there is someone else you can confide in, who can be responsible for checking on you when these events begin.

I thank you all for your time, and in advance for your cooperation.

[TL;DR: Souji thinks he didn't leave Inaba to go live in Tokyo again, and although he can tell something's not right, he's trying to go along with it because he wants to. Anyone can come in and talk to him, but saving him rights are reserved for Naoto and Amaterasu.]

[Today is February 14.

The day girls in Japan traditionally give chocolate to guys they like.

Souji is not a girl.

This is not stopping him from taking over part of the kitchen in order to make chocolate.

It will be the best chocolate, if he can stop absently eating the ingredients, which is what the feed is currently capturing him doing as he looks over the recipe he's using.

Anyone want to taste test this stuff?]

[One plus side from the last event was that Sokka learned of the glorious invention, the post-it note. When the video starts, it's apparent that his room is now litterred with them. Even his maps have little post-it notes attached. In fact, on the table Sokka's sitting at, they're arranged in a rainbow. Take that, mansion! You give Sokka a horrible thing and he'll make it into something useful! THEY EVEN COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS AND SHAPES--

Er, Sokka is not here to gush over the awesomeness that is the post-it note, though. No, he actually has a purpose with this one.
]

Okay, so seeing as that last event was so wonderful, I think I have some questions for everybody. How many times have you guys died here? I'm trying to figure out some stuff, like if dying here actually means anything and all. I know, it sounds kinda weird, but trust me, I've got my reasons.

[He can wander around the library all he wants. Heck, he can even have all the maps in the world. But, the thing is, all those maps and books haven't explained a thing to him. He knows some little things, sure, but every time an event like the last one comes, the more clueless he becomes. Seriously, does anyone have a handle over this place?]

[Hey, look, there's a wolf over here! She's sniffing at the device, and her nose accidentally turns on the video. Ammy gives it a curious look, having never seen technology like this before. She presses something, and now it's suddenly dual-screen, as if to see both her and text. Surprisingly, the wolf starts writing.]

This certainly isn't where I should be! Is this strange land part of Nippon?

[There's confusion and doubt evident in her eyes. If this is a trick of Yami's, she wouldn't be surprised. This place has a different scent from her world's.]

Also, is there food here? Peaches, apples, cherry cakes?

[This question seems to perk her up a little, her tail wagging gently.]

[The camera is pointed up at the ceiling, so you can't really see anything. In the background is the listless bwang bwang of a G chord being played over and over, followed by a dramatic sigh.]

I have been here way too long.

[The G chord switches to an E chord.]

I hate to say it, but there is such a thing as too much free time. When something awful's not happening, nothing's happening. And you know something's wrong when a guy like me starts missing school.

[Bwang bwang bwaaaaaang.]

How's a dude supposed to have fun around here?

[She found out hours later, when she placed a private call via communicator to contact him, and received no more feedback than scrambled static. A little investigatory work (i.e, a trip to his room) gave her nothing more than an empty box.

And just like that, Philip was gone.
]

People- People leave all the time, don't they? They leave, a-and they come back.

[Unaware that she's transmitting a video, Evie seems to be talking more to herself than to anyone else, sitting at a table in the library as she rifles through books.]

People have come back before, I know they have, there has to be a precedent, they can't just...just disappear, not without-

[-saying goodbye.]

-not without proper cause, there are- there must be records of this.

[Evelyn shuts the book and stares at the cover.]

There must be.
