All characters on this list are welcome to re-apply to the game if they choose, and if they re-apply within one month, they may keep their memories. If the application is received in the next week, characters do not have to be sent back home, so there will not be a break in their stay in Wonderland or in their CR.

I'll hand in the re-apps for both Philip and Buckingham within the next week, so that neither will be leaving Wonderland.
