So many other murders. Though, I suppose that depends on where you stand on whether Mirrors count as people or not, but she'll Unmake them at the drop of a hat. I've heard you can get Unmade if you look at her the wrong way, and sometimes she doesn't Remake them after. Sometimes she just decides it's best they didn't exist.

Some people think it doesn't count, but I think it counts twice as much, to bring something to life and then get rid of it like it's nothing. She uses words like Making and Unmaking to make it sound like it isn't as bad as it is, but if you've taken someone apart and don't put them back together, isn't that effectively the same as killing them?
