So, I'm guessing that this thing is supposed to work like a webcam or something? [She pauses for a moment, looking unsure.]
It's nice to know that I'm not the only person stranded here, at least, though I haven't come across anyone else yet. This place is so strange. I tried to have a look around inside but nothing looked familiar and I just ended up out here. [She gestures vaguely towards the gardens behind her, glancing around at her surroundings.]
If you look past the whole 'suddenly dropped in an unfamiliar place' aspect of it, this quite a fascinating and beautiful place. I'd want to explore the place if it wasn't for, you know, [She takes a deep breath in, looking down and struggling to keep her voice steady] being on the verge of freaking out because I just want to know where I am, what I'm supposed to do here and where my friends and boyfriend are.
