Now, this may seem at odds with the fact that Susan, herself, is titled nobility...but, in the grand tradition of the Discworld, she also believed that any titled figure who couldn't prevent their own beheading didn't deserve to keep either. She wasn't certain she'd agree that the Queen of Hearts was a proper Tyrant, or that there could be a fair and equal governing body, since those three terms tended to be mutually exclusive, but you couldn't have everything.]

Certainly a doddering Queen is just as harmful as a malicious one, but beheading might be a bit much. I expect a proper scorpion pit would suffice.
