Hello, Felicity. I'm afraid I've never heard of Starling City, but I am from Earth. A small seaside town in Maine, to be exact.

A few people have "gotten out" of here. Some return after a few days with new memories of their homes, and some don't come back at all. So far all those who leave don't seem to have any choice in the matter.
