[Tohru's memories have been very jumbled this event. She has strange memories of...piracy, that she's pretty sure aren't right. She's spent a lot of time staring down at her hands and marveling that she has both of them. She's so sure she remembers losing one...
It should have made her search easy. Every second she hasn't spent at the diner has been spent seeking out someone with only one hand. If the memory really belongs to someone else, then they're probably very alarmed that they only have one now! The right thing to do is to give it back as soon as possible, so that they don't have to worry.
...However, she's been looking for days and she hasn't come across a single person matching that description. So, she takes to the network.]

Does anyone only have one hand? It should be a hook hand, like this!
[She curves her hand into a hook-ish shape, as though that needed clarification.]
If you do, then I have something that belongs to you! And I really want to give it back...things have been way confusing with these extra memories. But uh, if you forgot that you only have one hand, don't be too alarmed! I...think it's supposed to be that way? Maybe?
