Well, p-possibly! It's more l-like... in my world, m-magic makes up the entire universe. But monsters, since uhm, t-they not physical, can c-channel the magic through their souls, and create a-and manifest it in unique ways. Humans are t-too physical to, uhm, c-channel the magic of the universe. But this physicality m-means their souls are, uhm, a-able to survive without a body holding them, t-together, while monsters can't, uh, do that. It's about t-their physical matter.

There's, uh, l-legends that say humans, uhm, o-once had magic. But from everything, uhm, I k-know, it's just monsters, now.
