I AM PRETTY SURE IT IS A HINT THAT WE SHOULD BE LOOKING MORE AT MORSE CODE but I am not sure how. It looks like there are some number-related ciphers that use morse code?? The Pollux cipher could be worth looking into.

Also the dots and dashes on the ribbon one were vaguely like they could be morse code??
