The strangest part of it all is that he understands very well what Mettaton's feeling--at least he's fairly certain of it. The bitterness in Mettaton's voice and the robot practically blaming himself without actually outright saying it all strike familiar chords with Ford, so much so that he can't even be irritated at the amount of self pity that would be drowning them if it was water filling the room.]


To be honest? Yes, you were. And so was I. There were warning signs all around me and I refused to listen to them. And anyway, foolishness does not excuse what Bill did to me, nor does it excuse what he did to you. Taking possession of someone's mind and body is... [Ford searches for the right words.
