A question I'm not sure anyone's ever been able to answer, despite the amount of speculation.

Guess France really fucked up when they insisted on the terms at Versailles. Don't think that bastard would have gotten much traction without that. It's a little too bad Dad isn't here. He could use these books to help make his job easier.

He ended up on Earth too, although it was due to his ex-wife wanting to get rid of him. Probably because he... wasn't too pleased, shall we say, when he found out she knew about my brother and I and was messing with us.

I don't know what the hell he said in the short time before I got there, but he's been working for the Brits.
