13th Bad Idea

[ The feed clicks on to a certain curly haired werewolf who is very obviously trying to play up the apathy and probably failing in the case of anyone with eyes ]

So... Uh, I guess I've been here over a year, kinda - lost track... [ Eyes drift away from the video feed for a moment, seeming to focus on anything other than the entirety of Wonderland he's addressing. He wants to talk about how Chris disappearing sucks, and how he's terrified Scott might come back with no memories again, but he doesn't. ]

Has anyone seen Scott? [ Stiles? Derek? Anyone? He knows the alpha went home, but... he still has to try. It's Scott for heaven's sake. ]

Scott? [ It's the mention of the familiar name that catches her attention and has her replying, a hint of concern on her features. ] Is he missing?

The last I saw him was the night of the full moon.

[algidity]

I haven't seen him but his stuff, it's still here, I mean - I don't think he's gone for good if he is...

[ A pause. ]

It happened before. [ And all his memories were gone... But then Isaac's brain catches up to full moon and his eyebrows knit together. ]

You did? [ He's been in better control of himself as far as Isaac could tell... ]

[widows_kiss]

[ She frowns slightly. ] Well, he's either here somewhere then, or perhaps made a quick trip home.

[ That's been happening a lot lately. Although with what she's heard about what's going on in his home, that worries her too. ]

I did.

[algidity]

[ He's aware of that much, he just hopes McCall has decided he wants to go camping or something. ] Yeah... I'm hoping he remembers this place if he is back in Beacon Hills... [ And also that everyone is alright, yeah, that too. ]

Was he okay? [ Totally just worrying about a friend when he was last seen... Totally no werewolf stuff here. ]

I've heard that's typically not the case. I'm not sure anyone remembers this place once they leave it.

[ There's a hint of humor in her tone at how carefully that question is posed and she's now wondering if this is one of his wolves. Lydia and Allison are not, she knows that much, but past that she hasn't learned much about the others that are here. ]

A little on edge, but I suppose that's allowed, on occasion.

[algidity]

He was here when I first got here, went home and when he came back he didn't remember anything that happened here. [ The nonchalance in his voice is a bit forced, it's obvious he's afraid the same thing will happen again.

Then he cracks a half hearted smile. ] It's Wonderland, I think on occasion is too strict of a limit. [ The last full moon was a hard one, he can understand completely. ]

Didn't happen to mention camping or exploring or... anything last time you saw him, did he?

[widows_kiss]

[ That... has her frowning, because that was an unpleasant though when it came to the young werewolf she'd taken a liking to. ]

Well. let's keep our fingers crossed for a better outcome this time until we can locate him again.

[ Because now she's going to be looking. ]

'On occasion' just happens with a bit more frequency here, I think. [ She'll give him that one. ] No, he didn't. Actually, I expected him later today for some training.

[algidity]

You train him? [ Whaaaaaaat. ] In what? [ Wait, this is none of his business and back to the point.... He'd probably be jealous if Chris hadn't been training him in all ways of the hunter and fighter. ]

If you see him - can you let me or Allison know?

[widows_kiss]

[ Had that been a secret? Oops. Scott hadn't mentioned keeping it such to her, so she merely shrugs and shakes her head. ] A number of things. Whatever he feels like learning on a particular day. He thought it might come in handy here.

I'll do that. Let me know if you find him first, would you?

[algidity]

Makes sense, better to be prepared.

[ He nods, keeping quiet for a moment. ] Yeah - yeah of course.

Hey... can I - uh - ask a question?

[widows_kiss]

A logic I fully support, yes.

[ She cocks her head to the side, curious. ]

Sure, shoot.

[algidity]

[ There was the possibility that this would be an important question... But it's Isaac Lahey behind the wheel. Scott is missing, and he's a little freaked out and his typical response is to hide in his comics. ]

Have you met Spider-Man?

[widows_kiss]

[ The question seems like it comes from out of nowhere and has Natasha giving the screen a puzzled look, wondering what that had to do anything. ]

The guy with a fondness for hanging out on ceilings? I met him. Briefly. He was here for a while.

[ And then had the good luck of being sent back home. She hoped, wherever he was, that he was safe. She'd rather liked him. ]

[algidity]

Scott's a lot like him -- or Captain America. [ Some weird hybrid of them both. ]

He always tries to do the right thing and to help everyone. [ But he's just a teenager and sometimes saving everyone is impossible. Scott cares too much, Isaac thinks. ]

Sometimes it gets him hurt.

[widows_kiss]

[ This also wasn't where she expected this conversation to go, but she just frowns for a moment, because from what she's observed of Scott she can hardly argue. ]

He does have a worrisome tendency for wanting to believe the best in everyone, I've noticed. It's not a flaw, but it's also not always a benefit either.
