Good morning, Wonderland Storybrooke!

Bill has announced his latest building project, and now it's time to take everyone on an exciting journey to a whole new world! The bulletin board has the prelude, and this post will give you all the information you need about the two-for-one curse/event deal your characters will unhappily be suffering from between October 24 and October 28!

Day 0: October 23

At 8:14 PM a magical curse is cast, and thick purple fog will roll over Wonderland. There's no stopping it, and it will cover every last inch of the place. It lasts for exactly one minute, and everybody in Wonderland will fall asleep under its power.

Welcome to Storybrooke

The next day all of Wonderland has become a small town in Maine, governed by their not entirely trusty mayor, Regina Mills. Nobody knows how she came to power, or just how long she's had her job. It's just the way things have been, just like how the town's clock tower has always been stuck at 8:15.

The inhabitants of Wonderland have had their memories and abilities (be they magic or otherwise) ripped away from them. Names may be changed, and people who weren't quite human will find themselves human for the duration of the event. In short, everybody has been given an entirely new life: A job, a home; all the important details necessary to keep a small town running.

And while a character's new life may have echoes of their old one, nobody actually remembers Wonderland, let alone their existence before it. As far as they're concerned, they were born in Storybrooke, and will spend their entire lives here. Nobody new ever arrives, nobody old ever leaves; any attempt to go over the town line will end badly, so best not to try at all.

Day 1: October 24

Quaint as the small town may look at first glance, life in Storybrooke is a far cry from idyllic. In fact, it almost seems as if everybody's personality or circumstances have been adjusted a little to prevent them from getting their happy endings (Whatever that might mean to each individual character). A few particularly unlucky individuals might even spend their days locked away in the Storybrooke Asylum beneath the hospital.

Yet on the night of the first day, after living out what seems to be the latest in a line of unhappy days that never change, the clock tower will strike 8:16. Have the rusted old innards worked themselves out, or is something else happening?

Day 2-3: October 25-26

Over the next days, things will suddenly improve. After having been stuck in a rut for so long, people will now find themselves with new confidence, and will finally be able to make a change in their lives.

In addition any passive abilities (enhanced senses, fighting skills, etc) of their forgotten lives will begin to return, though the knowledge necessary to use them to their full extent won't.

Day 4-5: October 27-28

At 8:15 PM on the fourth day, a pulse of energy will eminate from seemingly nowhere. It will continue to spread until it reaches the boundaries of the town. The curse has been broken, and everybody's memories of Wonderland and their true homes have been restored.

There is still a catch, however: All those years in Storybrooke won't fade easily, and characters will be stuck with two sets of memories. So who are they really? Snow White, or Mary Margaret? Their Storybrooke self, or whoever came before? Or are they both?

Aftermath: October 29

By October 29 Storybrooke has turned back into Wonderland. Any fake memories implanted by the curse will lose their prominence. They will be like every other memory of an event, and no longer cause confusion.

Peter will be going by Andrew Bell during this event. He's a post-vocational school mechanic / tow truck driver without a whole lot of ambition. His mother passed away a few years ago (as far as he knows), and he's kept pretty much to himself ever since. He's always been known as being pretty polite, though, and he'll do what he can to get you a good deal on auto parts & service. He's got a scruffy look about him, a lower middle class look that doesn't make him an appealing guy to bring home to your parents, but it doesn't bother him. He's never been a fan of people who judge based on looks anyway.

I'd like to get him a girlfriend! Someone he's been seeing long term, someone who wouldn't care about the way people judge him, someone he could be head over heels over and possibly thinking about proposing to.

I'd also like to get him a mentor, someone older that helped him get over his mother's death.

Also, a bff or a rival would be awesome!

Ughhh, I wasn't going to bring Lana off hiatus for the event, but now I kind of want to ask...

IDK how old Peter/Andrew is, but if he wouldn't mind a 17-year-old-but-totally-mature-for-her-age girlfriend who cusses a lot and maybe shoplifts every so often, the offer is there..

Peter's turning twenty in canon, but he's frozen at 19 what with Eway and such, so it's not too big of a difference! Considering she's so young, it's a little unhealthy that he'd be thinking of proposing, but I think we could make that work in a really sad relationship way! Maybe he's overly attached because she helped him through his mom's death, something like that! I'm down, we can definitely make it things!

Michael could take the role of mentor, if you'd want that. I already have him doing some kind of anger management therapy thing, haha. He's not fit to be giving anyone that kind of advice, but for Storybrooke, it works. Let me know what you think.

I'd like that! Anger management therapy would be exactly what he needed after Lynda passed away, I could definitely see him continuing to come to Michael for advice even after their therapy sessions were over, if you're down with that?

That sounds great to me. They could know each other really well now. Peter used to come to him for therapy and now they just hang out and Michael mentors him. Helps him when he needs it.

That's totally perfect and I love it! \o/ Michael can advise him to totally not propose to the chick he's dating, it'll go over gr8.

I will totally toss people at him, if you like? Simon's got a gym, Tasha's working at the school, and Hayley's a broke waitress trying to get by on her own but I could tweak any of them around friendships or something more long term if you'd want.

Hayley would've been a gr8 girlfriend possibility, but since someone volunteered for that first I'd love to do anything else. Do Haley or Simon have any background things you'd like him to fill in for? He could be a protective brother type or a drinking buddy, something along those lines! I can't see him working out at the gym very often, hahaha, but other than that, I'd love things.

Simon is probably definitely driven to drink randomly yes. his wife left him for another woman about a year ago so he hasn't been handling it well. He could probably use some friends. XD

Hayley's a few years out of high school, having got knocked up and dropped out/kicked out and supporting herself as a waitress at the diner ever since. And if he'd TRIED to make her dating material she might have turned him down emphatically and they ended up friends somehow instead?

Oh snap, he does have a thing for pregnant ladies. In the interest of not over extending, I can't do both of them, but both are really appealing. If it's with Simon, he'd definitely be an understanding ear and a total bro, and they could get together on his divorce anniversary every year and get tanked.

If it's Hayley, Peter would probably still stick around her being protective through her pregnancy and getting to know her kid.

Whichever one you'd prefer to do the most I'm totally down for!

Sooo I see that Dean and Peter will be working at the same mechanic shop, and Cas comes by there sometimes to hang out with Dean, so maybe we can assume they know each other? Then that could lead to CR after the event too when Cas realizes oh that kid was totally a werewolf.

Well I've got two to offer you today - Darcy's running a community outreach program and has probably run into him a few times before, probably checked in to make sure he had everything he needed.

I've also got Davina and I'm thinking about age-ing her up for this shindig to either 18 or 19 - she can totally understand the dead parent thing. She's been on her own, recently graduated high school and stuck around. If he still needs a lady friend let me know otherwise she could use someone who gets it to talk to.

I do always love Darcy things fo sho, but since your Davina's new (I think right??) maybe we could start up something with them! He's going to have been going to anger management therapy with Michael after his mom died, maybe they could have met there? \o\
