[Early in the morning, the network will be greeted by the video feed of an intense young man in a school uniform. He maintains that intensity as he begins his declarations.]
Good morning, people of wonderland! This is Kiyotaka Ishimaru. If we have not met before, I am a student from Hope's Peak Academy, where I am known as the Super High School Level Public Morals Committee Member! We have endured quite some events lately, haven't we? They have resulted in several delays of this message, but I will not wait any longer and risk becoming a procrastinator! I am addressing you all today to make a few announcements, so listen up!
There are two proposals I would like to put forth. The first is to set up an arrangement that I organized the last time that I was trapped somewhere. Every morning, anyone who so wishes is free to join me in the dining hall for breakfast! There, we can swap information to keep ourselves updated about the mysteries of this place while we prepare for the day!
Secondly, who's up for some serious studying?! I have noticed that there is no formal education system in place in this world, and this is a crying shame! However, in the absence of a school, it is important that we keep our minds sharp. This is no excuse to slack off! So, I think that it is also important to organize study groups. We can meet up in the library regularly and coordinate our studies of the the wealth of knowledge contained there! There may be some language barriers to deal with, as I have noticed that the books in the library do not translate like our spoken words do. However, I am sure that we will be able to work around that! This will also be a valuable opportunity for me to work more on my studies of English, so I welcome the challenge!
[With that, he smiles and practically chuckles.]
That will be all for today! I urge everyone to do your best and work hard in any and all of your daily endeavors! [And with that, he stops the feed.]

You know, I think it would be a better idea if we gathered once a week instead of every single day. People might get weary if they had to gather every day and share evidence they may not have had time to gather.
Otherwise, that sounds like an interesting idea.

Diligent attendance is a good habit to form. Despite that, perhaps it would be best for this type of meeting to not have strict or formal rules at all! What if everyone is free to attend as frequently or infrequently as they choose? Additionally, having evidence and information will strictly be required! People can also attend when they have questions to ask, or if they wish to increase potential bonds as a team!

[Dorian doesn't have any... Ahem, evidence... At the moment, so he'll just...]
Thank you for clearing that up, young man.
Voice
Also, may I ask for your name? [Proper introductions are Important!]
Voice
Dorian Gray, sir. And you must be...

It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Ishimaru.

Ahahaha! I am glad to hear that. May I ask how long you have been in this place?

You know, I don't think I've been keeping track. It's been nearly half a year, I think?
[He's not sure of what he thinks of that. Oh, how time flies.]

You may as well relax a bit- You may be here for quite some time, yourself.

Hm. In that case, you seem to be doing a good job of time management.

You ought to write a book on that. I bet everyone would appreciate your advice.
