[Early in the morning, the network will be greeted by the video feed of an intense young man in a school uniform. He maintains that intensity as he begins his declarations.]

Good morning, people of wonderland! This is Kiyotaka Ishimaru. If we have not met before, I am a student from Hope's Peak Academy, where I am known as the Super High School Level Public Morals Committee Member! We have endured quite some events lately, haven't we? They have resulted in several delays of this message, but I will not wait any longer and risk becoming a procrastinator! I am addressing you all today to make a few announcements, so listen up!

There are two proposals I would like to put forth. The first is to set up an arrangement that I organized the last time that I was trapped somewhere. Every morning, anyone who so wishes is free to join me in the dining hall for breakfast! There, we can swap information to keep ourselves updated about the mysteries of this place while we prepare for the day!

Secondly, who's up for some serious studying?! I have noticed that there is no formal education system in place in this world, and this is a crying shame! However, in the absence of a school, it is important that we keep our minds sharp. This is no excuse to slack off! So, I think that it is also important to organize study groups. We can meet up in the library regularly and coordinate our studies of the the wealth of knowledge contained there! There may be some language barriers to deal with, as I have noticed that the books in the library do not translate like our spoken words do. However, I am sure that we will be able to work around that! This will also be a valuable opportunity for me to work more on my studies of English, so I welcome the challenge!

[With that, he smiles and practically chuckles.]

So you wanna have a meeting every day? We gonna keep notes or something?

[Someone sounds skeptical.]

You know, I think it would be a better idea if we gathered once a week instead of every single day. People might get weary if they had to gather every day and share evidence they may not have had time to gather.

Otherwise, that sounds like an interesting idea.

When we mentioned "study date," I didn't think you'd invite the whole mansion.

[Or is this an elaborate scheme to get the girl?]

I thought your idea back at Hope's Peak was brilliant and I'll be joining you for sure. This will be a great way for us to discuss things that happen after the strange events.

And um...

[Suddenly, she averts her eyes away from the camera. She was feeling a bit bashful.]

I'll... be more than happy to join in on a study session and um... I-I'm really looking forward to ours.

I don't think I can join you every morning, but I'm sure you'll be popular enough. [beat] Also, I can help with the English thing. Latin too, should that be something you're interested in later.

I'm interested in your morning meeting proposal! I've been doing some research myself on this place - working as a team can only speed up progress. Not to mention, we can cover much more ground this way.
