Hey guys! Um. I'm gonna go ghost hunting on the third floor! Man, maybe I should see if I can get a Ghostbusters costume from a closet.

[A disembodied shriek echoes down the empty halls behind him. John's hair might actually be standing on end.]

So. Yeah! If anyone wants to come help out or anything...yup!

[All Dave sees is a distressed John and hears which floor he's on. He's so there behind him like a ninja.]

[John grins into the camera.]

[John flies headfirst into the nearest wall, clinging to it like a spider before he cranes his neck back to see...]

[Kyle is still astonished by how easy it is to make friends here.]

Which room are you in? I'll be there in a few minutes.

[John giggles and gives him the room number. When Kyle shows up, John's already in his TOTALLY AWESOME costume.]

[Kyle arrives shortly, dressed in his own ghostbusting uniform. There's a "ghost vacuum thing" slung on his back. Whether or not it'll actually work is another matter. He's also wearing night vision goggles because he can.]

Guess whose business it is to hunt ghosts? Guess who's had that uncanny feeling of being hunted himself? This guy.

It's a little weird to try and get back into the groove after so long, but Dean isn't especially bothered. Not when there are people who might need help dealing with the stuff he specializes in.]

[John giggles some more and leads the way down the hall. Towards the screaming. Hmm, maybe this isn't the best idea.]

[John holds up his proton pack, shrugging a little.]

[Kyle's getting more curious about the deteriorating state of their surroundings than the potential for ghosts. What had started out as a sterile corridor was rapidly becoming very survival-horror style. He suddenly stops outside a particularly bloody room.]

Shit. I can see why the ghosts would be pissed. It looks more like a torture chamber than a hospital.

[Kyle bites his lip.]

Hey, are you sure these are ghosts and not people being tortured? If there's someone inflicting pain on people here, we're totally not prepared to fight them off.

The mansion does that sometimes but. I mean, the floors are all different. It's really weird.

[John glances back at Kyle.]

[He waves a hand and sends one of the doors off of it's hinges with his windy thing.]

But I didn't bring one of my hammers so we might want to double back maybe, yeah.

[Something screams in the distance. John's eyes go round.]

[Kyle stares incredulously at where the door had been.]

Holy shit, that's cool. Why do you need crappy hammers when you've got magic wind powers? But I could probably do with a weapon or ten, so I think a temporary retreat might be a good plan.
