[ Brianna is sitting outside near the lake when she decides to play again, putting aside the book she was half-heartedly reading anyway. ]
We should play a game, maybe break up the day a little bit. It's called 'Would You Rather?' Basically, someone gives a scenario and you have to pick one or the other. No in between. You can explain your choice if you want, but we go back and forth until there's something so impossible to pick the other person gives up.
I'll even start.
[ She thinks for a moment, then looks back at the camera. ]
Would you rather know each time you're going to leave and come back when it comes to Wonderland, or would you rather it be a total surprise like it is now only you get to remember being here when you do leave?
I think I'd want to know when I was leaving. That way I could say goodbye, you know?
Anyway. Your turn.

[IT SMELLS SO BAD, BREE.]
Reading minds would be helpful since everyone at home seems intent on involving me in their personal politics, but there's just... something about helping people fall in love. [It's a hard choice, and either one would make people think he's a demon.] Let's go with mind reading.
[He takes a moment.]
Would you rather swim in the lake at midnight in winter, or wear as many layers as physically possible on the hottest day of the year?
sorry for my html!!
[ It's more useful to him, probably, to be sure. It'd likely be more useful to just about anyone than making people kiss.
Bree tilts her head from side to side. ]
Oh, I kind of know a real science-y answer to this? Being submerged in cold water can kill you within a few minutes of your body temperature dropping. I'll take my chances with the layers of clothing and you never said anything about not being able to stay hydrated. I'd be uncomfortable, but anything I lose in sweat, I can make up for by drinking liquids. Nothing could protect me from intense cold.
[ Bree pauses and then looks a little sheepish. ]
Sorry, that was a boring answer.
shh you're fine
There's nothing boring about it! You could say that, ah, my world isn't as... advanced as most, so a lot of things most people in Wonderland might know, I don't!

[ She smiles and rolls her eyes at herself. ]
Somehow I'm a mashed up version of all three of my parents, and I don't know how it happened.
[ Considering she'd never met Jamie before Wonderland. ]

[He grins.]
Two parents is usually enough to change someone. But three? You didn't stand a chance.

Doomed to be a history junkie, I guess. You know, if you think about it, history is just...catching people up on what they missed out on before they were born.
[ What a nerd. ]

That's definitely one way to put it. And it's definitely not as weird as having a book written about you while you're still alive.

[ Either way; killed in a fire or dead of natural causes, in 1971, her mother was dead. ]
It's why I went back in time to begin with.

[It means nothing to Bree, ultimately, but the memories are there.]
Family's always a good reason to break the laws of the universe.
