Happy December, everyone! Wonderland has started the holidays early this year. In the very early morning of December 1, there’s the usual clattering racket as the Mansion decorates itself. A huge decorated tree takes center stage in the entranceway and a large menorah can be found atop the mantle of the fireplace. Wreaths and lights and tinsel and so on decorate the stairwells and hallways and there’s a stocking hanging up for each character. And as a special treat, this year every character gets an advent calendar.
For every character, a small wooden chest with tiny drawers of different sizes has appeared, sitting on the window sill in their room (or some other clearly visible space, should their room not have windows for some reason).

Each day, the character can open a drawer and find a small gift inside. Characters can skip drawers and the gifts will remain in them for later. However, if the character tries to get into a drawer early, they will find that it is empty or that it won’t open at all.
There are also some upcoming ~surprises~ partway through the month, so look out for those.
Having said that, we have some unfortunate news regarding the game. Due to how quiet things have been in the last few months, we have made a difficult decision - unfortunately, we cannot sustain the game until February as we had planned. What this means is that when Ewaymas ends we will be going directly into endgame with no pause in between. We will be giving more details regarding endgame when Ewaymas comes to a close.
It is our hope that you will enjoy this last Ewaymas, and that you will stay with us through to the end. We have a lot of fun and horrible things ahead for you all, so please enjoy these last couple of mod events!
Note: You can ask questions either directly on the advent calendar list for your character or on the Q&A thread (which I, unfortunately, put after all the advent calendar stuff).
