RESERVE LIST
New rules are set in place for how to reserve characters. We are no longer doing indefinite reserves. Instead, reserves will only be extended and only with plausible excuses set at the mod's discretion. All the current * marked reserves are automatically extended. But anything after today will need a reason before they're given an extended reserve.
