Here is the plotting post for this weekend's event, which the Cheshire Cat just announced! As always, there is a Q&A thread, but here I will pre-empt a couple of questions that might come up:

1. Mirror characters will be able to see through the mirrors placed by the event, event the "enchanted" ones, up until the point when those mirrors are broken.

2. At any point in the event, characters can resist the voice and impulses brought on by the event, but doing so will get progressively more difficult as the event goes on.

3. There are about 60 characters in Wonderland. The love hotel has only about 15 rooms (we'll say five per floor). The beds are pretty large, but people are still going to have to be pretty chummy if they want somewhere comfortable to sleep. Of course this doesn't prevent anyone from commandeering a room all for him-/herself ehehehe.

4. ...Actually, I can't think of anything else.

How does sexual orientation factor into this? Are the desires brought on by the event based on the characters usual sexual/romantic desires? Or is it kind of a free for all because "it's messing with their head, what they normally feel is irrelevant."

Souji will recognize the place, more or less. There were a few upgrades by the time he saw it (spinning beds, anyone?), but he probably won't say much about all of that. He'll resist the voices, but since he's a pimp, I am totally willing for every possible kind of awkward moment to happen.

For Karkat also, this needs to be the most awkward event in the history of events, okay. (I'm looking at Nepeta, Ryuu. :|)

As for Kazuki... Lol I don't know if he has a single carnal thought in his head. He's the kind of guy, when asked if why he likes girls, will reply "they're soft and they smell nice" (CANON FACT) and goes positively red in the face at the prospect of taking a lady around the waist to dance. Innocent at best and oblivious at worst. He'll probably spend most of the event hiding in corners feeling very ashamed for reasons he doesn't even understand.

Guuuuuyssss I'm really REALLY sorry for not doing the last event, I totally flaked out, but this is a good event to get my mojo back.

Evelyn isn't familiar with having a voice in her head or what that feels like, so she'll be swayed pretty easily toward a little...quality time...with her respective other. Probably won't hesitate to insist that everyone else get out of the room when she plans on doing a physicist using it, thank you very much.

Athos is legitimately one of the most repressed people out there, and let's face it, he hasn't gotten laid in a while. It will take longer for the voices to take hold, but once the idea catches on he would like to fool around. He's got a year-long dry spell to make up for.

Dean is technically supposed to come back on the 28th, but it would be really awkward bringing him into this event so I'm gonna wait until it's over.

REDGLARE is not actually all that used to feeling sexy feelings. Most of her relationships back home were falsified out of necessity, because her true love is justice. It'll take a bit for the voices to catch on, but seeing as she's got a mad admiration-crush on Athos and is suddenly FEELING FEELINGS, they'll get her eventually. If anyone else wants to sign up for some bonertimes though, I am a okay with it.

Oh my god, this is the most awkward first event ever. I love it.

Beast will be going pretty stir crazy due to the fact that he can't leave and everyone else is hooking up with partners. He's used to having a voice in his head (having severe depression and self esteem issues due to a curse kind of does that to a person), so instead of trying to get with anyone, he'll just take all of his anger and frustration out on the mirrors. AKA he'll be breaking mirrors this entire event, because come on.

Who could ever learn to love a beast?

Also, his mirror is going to be a complete dick and torment him and rub in the fact that he can get ladies and he can't, so he'll be extra cranky.

Beiste knows how to control herself, usually, so it'll take a while for her to have anything kick in, and if/when it does I'd rather that it be with A) a man and B) someone over the age of 20 at the very least. I don't know where she'd be rooming, but for once she'll probably avoid rooming with any of her kids because IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM APPROPRIATE.
