I've never heard of Magic that was especially one shade or another, not while still being Magic, but I'm not a definitive source.

What I do know...is that it's usually best to find a Wizard to ask about that sort of thing. They're not always...reliable, but since they've made it long enough to be Wizards...it's less likely that something catastrophic will happen.
