action/catch-all for Fuminori

Around 6:00 AM

[It's rather early in the morning when Fuminori sets out for the cafeteria. His intention isn't to kill someone, though the idea isn't far from his mind. At this point, he's still debating the merits. After all, there are a few people who know about his secret (He can't stomach food, so he eats people instead.), and they aren't likely to give him away. He's also learned to be discreet about his habits and his diet.

Still, he can't shake the feeling that the event will make good on its threat, and he does not want to be known for this part of his life. It's one thing to be the pathetic crazy guy who lives in his own sensual hell. It's very much another thing to be a cannibal.

He knows that he's entirely capable of murder. It took him awhile to learn this about himself, but he knows now. Even if it was an illusion, he should have had a harder time pulling the trigger to shoot that bandit when he was stuck with Martha in some Western town. But it was easy.

So when he enters the cafeteria and he sees another person all alone, he knows it's the perfect chance.]

After killing Tohru

[Just as he'd thought, it was easy enough. He's hardly short of breath at all, and much calmer than he would have expected.

There's no frantic mental scramble as follow up. Who's going to dust for fingerprints in Wonderland? Who has the time or the resources to find a match? Crime solving here is a laughable idea. If someone is going to find out what he did, they'd either have to see it themselves or have some very specific clues to lead them to him.

More than feeling secure that he won't be found out (at least not easily), he just can't bring himself to care. What can anyone do to him here, even if they do find out? Being ostracized isn't an entirely repugnant idea, and honestly, he has a feeling that most people would swallow some line about the event pushing him to it. He doesn't have the energy to act convincingly guilty, but that probably wouldn't even make a difference.

What he does next he knows is more unforgivable than the murder itself, at least to most of the people here. But curiosity has been building in him for some time, only vaguely repressed.

Is the real thing better than what the kitchen provides?

Crouching beside the girl's body, he hacks off one of her arms at the elbow. It's a little hard to do with a kitchen knife, but he got enough practice with cadavers in the years he spent in medical school that he manages it without much fuss. He doesn't go for her organs, though that's what he normally eats, because as far gone as he is, it still feels a bit wrong to cut the liver out of what he knows is a teenage girl. Especially one who's tried to be nice to him. It makes him think too much of the girl waiting for him at home.

He gives no heed to the bloody foot prints he's leaving or the mess he's making, but he is more careful about his next actions. He keeps things clean as he peels the skin off of the arm and the meat off of the bones. People might not be that baffled at finding an intact hand attached to a more or less bare radius and ulna, but that doesn't mean he has to make it obvious that he ate the missing flesh.

He puts the meat in bowl he finds and wraps the remains of the arm (skin, connective tissue, and bones) in a trash bag. He considers taking it elsewhere to throw it away, but decides that he's more likely to be seen and made suspect walking around with a suspicious bag than without it. He tosses the remains into the garbage, makes sure he's not leaving behind any more footprints by simply chucking his shoes in as well, and then leaves the body where it is. Someone else can deal with it.]

[TL;DR: Fuminori gets up early in the morning, finds Tohru in the cafeteria alone, and kills her. Then he takes some meat from one of her arms because lol CANNIBAL and absconds.

Please feel free to run into him either on his way to the cafeteria or after he leaves, though the time that he spends inside the cafeteria is reserved for Tohru. He's left behind plenty of evidence/clues, primarily for Joan, but anyone is welcome to get in on that investigation.

This post is also a catch-all for him during the first couple days of the event. If you'd like to interact with him in a capacity unrelated to him being a murderer and a cannibal (since I totally understand if you don't want to touch that with a thirty-nine-and-a-half-foot pole), then feel free to tag this post and have your character just run into him where ever! Action and network tags are fine.]
