Remember how we mentioned a little while back that some events might be combined for the purposes of a mod-plot? Well, the Cheshire Cat just announced the first such event!

It turns out that the sudden coming and going of people during the Fourth Wall event wasn't very good for Wonderland. In fact, the after-effects have manifested in a sort of indigestion, resulting in the bungling up of events and the mixing of memories that definitely don't go together. In this case? Those memories are of a more or less generic Japanese middle school in one world and the sudden and uncontrollable evolution of powers in another.

This post is for plotting out this event. Reply to let everyone know who your character(s) will be (student, teacher, janitor, etc.) and if their powers will be supercharged or reduced. And if your characters don't have any powers? Don't worry! I'm sure they can find plenty of trouble to get into regardless. ♥

second_first Rei is a member of the disciplinary committee. She has the best blue pompadour ever. Her AT Field will be supercharged but I just...have to figure out what that means.

forevercapslock I guess he'd be like...a first year in middle school? That sounds right. idk. He'll be human though so that he can freak the fuck out afterward.

notursalvation Nagi is a janitor. His powers have been reduced so that the explosions are more like tiny firecrackers.

I'm not sure how being a dhampir would influence the powers, so if it wouldn't then feel free to correct, but her stregth will be stronger. She'll also be a little faster than normal, which she has pretty good reflexes as it is, so. Go ahead and correct my otherwise, as I'm not completely sure that this is okay or not. Rose will just be a regular student. Senior yeah~

You're on the right track! The idea is that her powers will be unexpectedly increased beyond her capacity to handle them (at first anyway). So with her speed, if she's already faster than a normal human, she'd suddenly do something like accidentally run into a wall because she didn't think she'd be moving that fast.

Spencer Will be a high school student. I'm waivering on whether she'd be in the Disciplinary Committee or not, but she'll definitely be involved in something. Either way she'll be the same old overachiever she's always been.

Feferi Will be in the same year as the other trolls. I think she'll probably stay a troll if that's feasible but she won't have her strength/ability to commune with the horrorterrors. She'll be on the swim team, of course, but otherwise I see her as the slightly quirky outsider that's harmless enough but everyone avoids for being "weird".

Yujinn Zi Alda: Probably a school nurse or a history teacher, not sure which. His powers are nerfed, but he'll have plenty of band-aids.

Ivanova: Ivanova is a gym coach. Her telepathic powers are going from barely existant to super-powered. Thsi triggers what is known in B5 as a mind-burst. In other words, when the event starts, she'll end up having a major seizure and start reading minds in her immediate vicinity before passing out. So, I need people who don't mind having their minds read (They may or may not notice it) and hopefully someone who can help out with mentalist powers.

Ryuho: Student. Super-powered alter, bwahaha! Also, his alter is close to fatal when he summons it. D'oh.

AWWWW YEAH AU SCHOOL EVENT I LOVE THESE. ♥

Yukino: Student! Yukino is a model student in her canon - at the beginning she's kind and sweet and nice and practically perfect in every way but it's all a gigantic LIE. She's actually just in it for the praise and the glory of being THE BEST. She's calmed down a little at her point in canon though, mostly because she's fallen in love with the other model student - her boyfriend Arima. She never really lost that competitive edge though, and to make matters worse Arima isn't here, and it's an AU event. Of course, at home she was already at the top of the pedestal - #1 in school and sports. Here, she's going to need to work a little harder.

So, the less tl;dr version? If your character is a model student too, or considered the best in any way, she is going to crush them. Or at least try to. LOOK AT THIS FACE. SHE IS GOING TO SEND YOU TO HELL PERSONALLY.

Kurt: Also a student! He will hate having to wear a uniform, and will probably spend most of his time trying to find ways to make it fashionable. He'll be chairman/captain/whatever of Glee Club (unless any of the other Glee characters want to take the reins? LOL HE TRIED TO DO CELINE DION WEEK, HE KIND OF DESERVES IT) ...What? What do you mean Japanese schools generally don't have glee clubs? Shush, you. Shhhh. Also, he's sort of...bottom of the popularity food chain, canonly. If you have a character that would give him hell, go for it! But unlike at home, his dad works at the school so...you probably don't want him to hear about it maybe high school won't suck quite as much?

Neither of them have powers, and according to the Japanese break-up of grades, they're both first-years in high school. ♥

Jesse is a student! Possibly a second year instead of a third year just to keep him in line with the rest of the Glee cast, mostly. He's been at Namimori the whole time — no transfer student shenanigans. He's heavily involved in the Glee Club and sees himself as a star, etc etc. Jesse's popularity is dubious at best — Glee Club curse, man NEW DIRECTIONSSSSSSS — but he won't take any crap laying down. Overall, a decent student who is mostly well behaved, although he can have a hell of a mean streak with a side of devious.

. . . he is also very vocal in Glee Club and probably challenges Kurt's choices and authority et all every chance he gets. He's that guy.

Anyways, Akihiko will be a third year in high school, and his outfit won't change much it looks like aside from colors. He'll probably give off a bit of a charge, concerning the powers thing: he has a Persona, Polydeuces, who has an affinity to electricity and also casts lightning spells, so he might crackle a bit with electricity, or unintentionally zap you or give you static cling if you stand close enough.
