What counts as a "major sense"? Is it just sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch?

Or can we take away another "sense", something like sense of balance or temperature? Or pain? I was going to do something with the latter, I'm not sure what yet though would be a good replacement, but is this still okay for the event? ^-^

I've only got two things so far for this event. 1) Ryohei is going to lose his sense of hearing and will hear based on feeling and a little on sight. 2) Ryohei will (hopefully) end up sharing a room with Hibari, because they have awkward things to discuss.

Okay, I am away this weekend but would very much like to backtag and still get involved because AWESOME.

Plannings:

Bro will probably lose his sight because with the shades, no-one will notice until he starts licking things. He will endeavour to commandeer a room for himself but if anyone gets truly stuck he may be willing to share. Maybe.

Spencer will be the incredible workaholic who will lose her sense of taste but will feel/smell flavours instead. She probably won't have a room because she'll be forever slumped in her station anyway.

Feferi will lose her hearing but will be able to feel and see sounds. She will be more than happy to share with someone.

Yukiko I am undecided so feel free to throw plot at her. And all the others but mostly her. Oh and she'll be happy to open her room to others/room with others if they'll have her.

Also, I was thinking of make Rise blind since her Persona sort of allows her to "see" anyway, but she'll end up with just hearing colors instead? I'm still thinking about it too. ^-^

jivitadana will be losing his sense of touch, specifically then with temperature and pain. So he'll be seeing both in the form of different colors. Sweet deal. He won't be trying to experiment with this, nope.

like_tofu will be losing her sense of sight since she has a semi-advantage with her Persona that allows her to do geolocation and positioning. But she'll be hearing colors in the meantime if she doesn't use her Persona. ^-^

Other than that, no plans with them. ^-^

Dave is gonna be losing all sense of feeling or he's going to lose his hearing. If it's the former, his sense of hearing will be much better. If it's the latter, he'll be much like Toph Bei Fong and start feeling vibrations so that he won't be caught unaware.

Actually, I think I'm gonna go with him losing his hearing and becoming a deaf and Texan Toph Bei Fong. :|a

[Bad username or site: angel_junk title=Bhamba @ livejournal.com] frolick, dance and party all event long. He will also honour the event combination by going blind and making up for it by advanced licking and smelling. That and the help of his seeing-eye crocodile, of course.

[Bad username or site: sadfreezingbrit title=Philip @ livejournal.com] will lose his sense of smell and compensate by hearing aromas. Because I love him he will also have an encounter with the backstairs spiders and be just a little more sarcastic during this event.

Rooming with his doge Ryohei and if it's okay just sort of having a meeting room... not sure what he's meeting about or with but it's his meeting room.

genki80 will lose his sense of sight but see through hearing, more or less. His laugh can bounce off objects and tell him what the room is like~ I'm mostly kidding but not really. He's a lowly cubicle dweller. Do you want these three hole punched on the side or two hole punched at the top? Also, ne ne ne ne ne ne ne ne ne~ Gokudera! Let's move in together!

do_ur_research is a great chemist so he'll be busy in the laboratories. Doin' stuff. Eating and sleeping aren't high priorities but he may engage in them more due to a low level of job satisfaction. Why is there no murder in science?! Le sigh. He will lose his sense of smell but somehow not his sense of taste so he smells with his tongue. Which means at times his tongue darts out like a lizards to give the air a quick taste. Or he will just be sitting at his workbench with his tongue out.

James: Is going to lose his eyesight completely. I suppose the mansion got lazy and was like WELL HE'S A FOUR-EYES ANYWAY...He'll be able to sort of feel and hear where things are, and maybe what color they are.

Dean is going to be lacking his sense of taste, which really sucks for a dude who loves food so much, crappy or not. His most enhanced sense will be his sixth sense for hunting ghosts sense of hearing, which will sort of compensate for the lack of flavors.

Akihiko will be losing his sight, but he'll be able to 'see' contours clearly just by touching or punching something. (As in, he needs only rest a hand on someone's shoulder, and he'll know who it is if they're someone he knows.)

Nepeta will be losing smell, but in exchange for that her hearing will be very sharp, and she can 'hear' odors. The subtlest of scents will register as different genres of music.

Kaysen I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking of taking away his taste and in turn, heightening smell.

Nai will be loosing his sense of hearing, and he will freak out. Because hearing is all he has lolol. I'm not too sure what he'll gain yet.... He's already rooming with Gareki but Nai totally wouldn't mind with living with other people.
