[The feed comes on with a dull thumping sound - Lithuania's device fell down and hit the thick carpet of his and Poland's bedroom. It's video but only shows the ceiling, so you'll have to do with sound right now. Which means the voice of a very agitated Lithuania.]

...not doing that! He will leave the room now, and if he's still here after ten minutes...!!! [And here we encounter the problem that is Lithuania's inability to threaten someone whom he cannot fully blame for the situation that they're in, even if he hates the situation.]

[Poland sounds rather sulky.] Oh, come on, Liet! You're totally making a big deal out of nothing!

I'm - Poland! How can you say that it is nothing! This is a pretty massive - Poland, that is NOT what our bed should be used for! It's ours, nobody else has any bussiness in it!

God, Liet, you freak out about everything! It's like, we're supposed to be in this together, right...?

That's you and him are in the bed together does really not make anything better at all! [Lithuania's voice is definitely gaining in volume and he's growing more and more irritated with every second.] I don't want this to happen ever again!

[Deadpan] I meant, like, you and me, Liet. Quit yelling! I was like, just warming him up!

...Oh, it absolutely looks like that. [There's a very thin line between hysterical yelling and deadpan snark, and Lithuania is walking it right now.]

[Lithuania marches over to the bed and looks down at the two culprits. Or... well, at them, anyway.]

How long have you been taking care of ponies? You should know that.

But, like, he looked really cold! So I brought him inside, and then I was like, I should put some blankets on him, in case he's still cold--his coat was still totally cold, Liet!--but I didn't wanna take them off the bed 'cause I was way tired and I wanted a nap, so I bought him over here!

[Which was obviously the logical solution.]

How did you even get him up the stairs? ...nevermind.

[For a moment, it looks like Lithuania's anger is deflating, but then he moves to pull the blankets off the pony and get it out of the bed.]

Beds are not made to keep ponies in them!

[Poland glares up at him, shooing the pony away halfheartedly.]

Well, it's not like the bed gets any use, anyway! It's like, why not, at this point!

...of course it does.

[He stops paying attention to the pony, this just confused him.]

We're sleeping in it ever night.

[He fusses with his hair, suddenly shy, but no less defensive than before.]

Yeah. And that's it.

[And that shouldn't be a problem, Liet doesn't know why it's a problem, but holy shit, is it ever a problem.]

[Oh no. He thought that they had talked this through (well, not very thoroughly but-) and Poland had gotten over it. It's been decades, and surely-]

If you want to find someone, I'd be happy to assist you. You know that. [Because pointing out how cute that girl over there is and surely she could fancy Poland so why won't he give it a try is totally how you deal with awkwardly knowing that your husband is kind of into you. Liet's awesome at dealing with things like this.]

It's never been about that, you stupid jerk! Like I just need someone. Like I've ever wanted anyone besides you, in my whole life! Like--like you can just come into my life, and be the only thing I want and just out of reach for decades--centuries, Christ!--and then somehow make it better by reminding me I shouldn't feel that way?

[Poland has been refusing to talk to Lithuania about a lot lately. It doesn't come naturally, and now the dam's broken and there's no holding it in.]

And that's not even it, either! America, and Elaine, and Father Black, they all said it was fine, not even a big deal, but they're gone and you don't remember, just like you don't remember anything else from last time, and you don't remember how you felt, and maybe now you never felt that way, I don't even know, but it sucks, and it's not fair, and you promised, you totally promised, and it still feels like you broke that promise and it's like I can't even talk to you anymore!

[...And then he realizes that he just said, like, way too much, and sort of... retreats towards the head of the bed, curling up a little, miserable.]
