[Maggie looks a bit paler and much more exhausted than usual, but puts on as warm and chipper a front as she can. She's clearly sitting on the floor as she posts this.]
Hello again, Wonderland! While it's good to see all of your lovely faces, those nine flights of stairs up to my room are a considerably less welcome sight. Would someone be so kind as to help me up to my bed? A couple of someones if necessary? I've had an eventful week and I'm not at my best.
Once that's managed, I intend to stay there for a few days at barest minimum.
I'll be hosting horror movie marathons tomorrow night and the night after, in room 969, barring Wonderland-interference. Prior acquaintance not required! If horror isn't your cup of tea, feel free to stop by during the afternoons instead. Incidentally, non-metaphorical cups of tea will be available, or your hot or caffeinated beverage of choice. Hope to see you soon, darlings!
((Spam tags for movie night or afternoon visits also welcome!))
[Private to Mahir, Shaun, and Georgia]
[More seriously, dropping any pretense:]
How long was I gone? Let me find my bed, and then all of you get over here before you ask what you've missed back home.
[She doesn't want to do this more than once.]

Re: [Action]
When Shaun Mason is the advocate for social grace... She smiles slightly.
"Like hell. The bullet nicked my liver. I'm alive, though, and likely to stay that way for the immediate future. The two balance each other." She looks considerably less awful now that she's had a couple more days' rest and gotten into her mother's clutches back home. Her matted hair has been combed, for instance, and she's in real clothes rather than a hospital gown, even if they are yoga pants and a flannel shirt.
"Just tea, please, unless the closets can produce painkillers. I wouldn't turn those down." And yes, she can start answering questions while she waits. Maggie doubts Georgia will hold off even for the minute it takes water to boil in the electric kettle. Certainly not several more for it to steep.

It isn't just impatience. There's also concern there. She just... shows it in her own way.
Re: [Action]
Maggie examines the pills for a second, making sure she recognizes them before she nods and tips them into her mouth. Some drugs are very hard on your liver, and she's doing her best to take it easy.
"I think it makes more sense to start from the beginning than jump around," she tells Georgia. "It's only been a couple months, but it feels like a lot longer. They were eventful."

"Just get a teabag from the blue tin, add hot water, and bring it over here. It's fine." She isn't going to be picky and make him choose a loose leaf tea and brew it to exacting specifications right now.
Maggie gives Georgia an unimpressed look, but immediately picks up at the specified point in the timeline. "There's an exclusive hotel in Seattle that prides itself on complete privacy. It was as safe a place as any I could think of for me and Mahir. We had tracked down the Monkey, and Becks and Shaun got back to us just in time to meet him. The Masons did go for Alisa, in the meanwhile."
And Alaric will get her back out of their hands as soon as humanly possible.
She might as well get to the most important fact, at least to Georgia personally, all in one go. "The Monkey's colleague, the Cat, sent our team to plant a bug in the Seattle CDC before we received all of the IDs. Which is where Shaun found you. Or vice versa."

A Georgia smile is rare enough that Maggie can't help smiling back, even knowing that not all of the news she has to share is good. "Not only do you get out, you blow up half of the Seattle CDC on your way to make sure their cloning project is over. You had to drag Shaun, Mahir, and Becks out of there before everything went up in flames. Good job, Georgia."

She looks back at Maggie. "I can't imagine it was easy for you all to accept."

Maggie immediately adds the teabag to the mug and wraps her hands around it with a small, grateful smile for Shaun.
She is absolutely alright with the occasional hug or hand-holding between Shaun and Georgia, though Maggie sort of wishes someone would hold her for this conversation.
"I told you that if you had any percent of the first Georgia Mason in you, you'd take yourself out before you willingly hurt Shaun," Maggie tells Georgia serenely. "Becks struggled most. She was our self appointed guard. Mahir was as suspicious as a Newsie should be, but when he accepted you, as far as I can tell he did it fully."
