I'm just curious how exactly you divide yourself up to protect yourselves. From what I've seen, it can get pretty messy here.

Depends on the people you talk to. Some know others from home and they tend to try and keep everyone alive before they get shoved back home. Some don't give a shit about anyone, but most are there for them and theirs.

Course you got some that will do whatever they have to so they can try and keep everyone alive. I think they tend to end up dead a lot though.

There's an idea in there though. About offering up services to help others that can't defend themselves...

But there's nothing much to offer for services. Not like money is needed.

As far as I've seen there's no actual division. People are, in general, willing to help those in need. Complete strangers I've never met before have saved my life. It's far and few between that people won't help another.

That said, it's not hard to fall into groups of people you're familiar with, whether you relate to them on some level or they're from home.
