[The video feed displays one intense young man, who seems to be finding his bearings. He's in his room, with the first nine drawers of his advent chest opened and its contents strewn across a study desk, along with reading materials about Wonderland. The items include seed packets, a fruitcake, a pink disposable camera, some fortune cookies that have yet to be opened and a caricature of Ishimaru.

Right now, his attention is focused on the video feed. He greets everyone with a salute.]

Good day, people of Wonderland! My name is Kiyotaka Ishimaru! In the eyes of Hope's Peak Academy, I am known as the Super High School Level Public Morals Committee Member! I would like to apologize for my apparent absence, and for how messy my room is at the moment. I have practically just returned, and I am in the process of regaining my bearings! Am I correct to understand that the Queens are truly gone? Such a noble sacrifice...

In any case, I would like to re-establish connections! H-has anyone else returned here as well? Please, feel free to announce your presence! And be sure to let me know if there is any other information that I should know! Thank you for your time, everyone. Let us all do our best to get along and work hard as we carry onwards!

[With a formal bow, the feed ends.

...Yes, I am sorry to say that you are. I was in Wonderland for about two years, and you were there the whole time! In fact, you were there for some time before me!

[She knew she was here before but not for that long. Or if someone told her, she forgot, so she's freaking out about that one.]

You're right then! That's a lot to be missing, I must've had tons of notebooks! Um, but then...they must've all vanished after I disappeared.

[Because she definitely disappeared! That's what happened! And she has no idea about anything that happened after that.]

Ah... Yes, you were. I apologize if this is a difficult truth to accept! But that is the fact of the matter.

[He frowns deeply, saddened at all of their missing memories.]

To think that they could all be gone so easily! But I know that to be a fact. Everything I used to have when I was last here seems to be gone as well. It is a shame... this sets us back very far!

[Hang on, there's something fading fast from the corner of her memory, but...]

If you were here while I was here, and you were here after I left, and you remember things!

[Okay, they've established that much, but she's trying not to forget.]

Um, maybe not everything, but you could maybe help fill in some of the gaps I have in my notes.

[He drops a fist into the palm of his other hand.]

[He presses a fist to his chin thoughtfully.]

It could also help you to find out more about other fellow students of Hope's Peak Academy. Such as Junko Enoshima! To think that you missed her after you disappeared!

Junko Enoshima?

[The name doesn't ring any bells, there's no reason it should. But Ryoko grips her notebook a little tighter as this weird feeling of ~~despair~~ dread settles over her. She can't place it, it shouldn't have anything to do with her, but it's like there's a strange weight pressing down on her while that name kicks around in her head.

And since it shouldn't have anything to do with her, there's no reason this Junko Enoshima person should be in her notebook. After all, if Ishimaru's not, why would someone he knows be? But she looks anyways and sure enough...]

Um that name definitely doesn't have anything to do with me!

[She's just going to close her notebook. Yup. No need to read further about that person.]

[He stares blankly in response. Now that does not add up!]

Ah, are you sure about that? [Ishimaru frowns as he thinks back.]

I know that you have referred to her in the past! You knew of her from back home. So this is quite unusual... Could you have lost even your notes referring to her??

[Ryoko frowns, ashamed at being caught in a lie, but it's not like she knew she'd get caught.]

I don't remember saying that before, but...

[She's really at a loss for what to do here. Her notebook doesn't say anything about this and there's no one around to give her advice on what to do. If only a miracle would happen and Matsuda-kun would appear in Wonderland and tell her how to handle this.

But the miracle never happen.]

I haven't lost my notes from home, but that's why...um...I don't want to lie again, so please don't ask me about that person.

[This is probably not the best way to handle it, but she doesn't have a better way of dealing with it right now.]

[Ishimaru fired a truth bullet without even knowing it... He frowns as he listens to Ryoko and realizes what she means.]

...Ah. I... I see. [He then bows deeply.] I apologize profoundly, Otonashi-kun!

[Thinking back, he knows that Otonashi seemed wary of Junko. She did tell him about her suspicions, and it was not until long after they had gotten to know each other that she did so. Considered that she did not know of their past... It was a blunder to bring her up so early.]

I will be sure not to raise that subject around you from now on. Let us discuss other matters instead, such as politics or the weather!

[She'll think about that one for a moment and then...]

I can't remember, but I don't think politics have anything to do with me. And the weather in Wonderland's usually the same, isn't it?

[She hasn't looked outside in a while so it's not like she remembers though. But the important thing here is the Junko situation seems to be defused for now.]

Ah, you have raised some good points, Otonashi-kun. That is quite alright. I have just realized something else that we can talk about!

[He salutes the feed.]

We can talk about yours truly! This is, after all, our first new meeting. And it is simply unfair that I have a head start on knowing you! So please, feel free to ask me anything about myself that you wish to know!

[She stares at the device, not really sure what to ask. But then, a thought appears in her head!]

You said you were the Super High School Level...um, I forgot. What was it again?

Please be sure to make a note of this! [He declares definitively.]

I'll forget that, but it's in here, so I'll be able to find it again! But I don't think we have a Public Morals Committee here, so I'm not sure what you'll do.

Ahahaha! Luckily for me, I am certain of what I shall do! Even without an official public morals committee in place in this mansion, I will still act in the spirit of one! As I did the last time that I was in this place, I shall do what I can to raise people's spirits and keep things orderly! I will try to be a model citizen and to inspire others to work hard and do their best! So do not worry, Otonashi-kun, as I have set my path already, and I am quite pleased with it!

[She's super impressed he's already got that all figured out. Then again, it helps that he remembers being here before. But still, it's impressive!]
