[Minato switched the feed to Video and shook his head to show that Yuu didn't have to apologize.]

... It isn't fair to you. You shouldn't have had to deal with it when you weren't ready.

[It put so much pressure on Yuu, and Minato didn't want it or anything else, including himself, to push Yuu into doing anything.]

I was going to say it eventually anyway. I was waiting because...I didn't want to say anything until I was sure, you know?

But I am sure. I really am. And...the event was good. Because we don't have time to waste while I act embarrassed and keep quiet.

[Minato was quiet for a while after that. It took more time on top of that to answer.]

... You're at your room?

Ah...yeah.

[Minato didn't say anything else, immediately going upstairs to Yuu's room. He knocked on the door though he knew he could just go in if he wanted to.]

[Yuu was expecting him and actually got up to open the door for him. The bell Minato had give him, which he'd tied to the door handle, chimed sweetly as the door swung.]

[Minato smiled slightly as he heard the bell and stepped into the room.

From behind his back, he brought out this bunny plush for Yuu. He had intended to give it to Yuu even if Yuu had been sure of not reciprocating the same feelings.

But now that Minato had an answer, he only wanted his life with Yuu then to start as soon as he could.]

[Yuu blinked, accepting the plush and smiling a little, closing the door again.]

Thank you.

[The bell rang again once the door was closed. Minato nodded, and kissed Yuu's forehead.]

I should be the one saying that.

[Yuu smiles and sets the plush next to his penguin plush on his bed.]

Let's just agree we're both thankful then.

[Minato nodded. Now the penguin didn't have to be alone anymore. He joined Yuu next to the bed and lightly patted the penguin's head.]

Thank you for not letting me live this life alone.

[It wasn't as though Minato had actually been alone. He loved all of his friends here and wasn't ever lonely. He knew he could count on them no matter what.

But he meant more in that the hidden aspects of himself, the ones that he never showed to anyone else because he had been hurt before and never, ever wanted to be that vulnerable again... It was that part that had been alone.]

[Yuu smiles and takes Minato's hand.]

[Minato smiled too, gently clasping Yuu's hand in his own. He leaned to whisper in Yuu's ear again that he loved him and would always love him.]

[Yuu murmured the same to Minato and leaned against him.]

[Minato nuzzled Yuu lightly. He turned and had Yuu sit on the bed. He didn't let him go until after he kissed Yuu's cheek.]

Let me do something for you, if it's okay.

Sure...

[Minato made sure Yuu was comfortable on the bed. He asked for Yuu to wait for him while he retrieved something from his room.

It took him a few minutes, but he returned with his violin, opening up the case once he was back inside Yuu's room.

Once he was ready, Minato played a song he had played before. But this time it was only meant for Yuu, exactly like how everything about him was meant for Yuu.]

[Yuu waits curiously for Minato and when he comes back with his violin, Yuu can't help smiling, though his cheeks redden a bit. He listens in silence, just soaking this moment in.]

[Minato smiled when he was finished with that song. But since that was a song he had played before, he decided to go ahead and play a new one that he had been practicing.

This song was what Minato played next. (Yes, I know it's a Thai violin or ซอ, but I like this song and the title is cute.) When he was finished, he put the violin back in its case.]

Thank you. [Yuu claps a little.] You're really good.

Thanks. It's practice.

[Plus good teachers. Minato didn't think he had any natural talent for playing music, but he did keep up with practicing and lessons.]
