I'll never understand humans and their dislike of cruel thing. Life is cruel. People are cruel. It is a fact that all should become accustomed to. Being mean does not make you a terrible person as a whole, and occasionally coarse attitudes are necessary in order to get things done.

I know life's cruel and some people are. That just makes it more important to try to be fair.

But what is more fair than something not bad nor good?

No. Then it is just good. To be fair is to be equal.

Equality is a good thing to strive for, but that doesn't necessarily make it moral. There is a difference between morality and justice. What is just is not always moral, and what is moral is not always just.

Because in the end, Justice and Law are not the same as morals. Justice is written and carefully constructed. It is an iron bastion of what can and cannot be done. Morals are flexible and easily twisted to bring about the end of situations one finds... unpleasant.
