Hello! It seems there are so many people here! I'd gotten used to only being with a few, this is so strange.

[ She gets a bit more serious, then, glancing around like she's looking for someone before looking back to the camera ] Also, if anyone has met men who go by Zulf or Rucks, or a young man with white hair and a Cael hammer... please let me know? We're the only ones left, really, from our home, and I'd hate to lose track of them.

Well, I was with a group of Ura for a little while, but mostly since the Calamity it's just been me, Zulf, Rucks, and the Kid. You get used to the quiet.

[ Not that it's usually properly quiet, given her propensity for singing and playing music at any point of the day, and Rucks' gramophone, but it's a quieter sort of life, with just four of you. Or three of you, after Zulf... well. ]

[ The news that Zulf is here, though, sees her sigh and smile in relief. At least someone's here that she knows. ] Oh good, thank you for letting me know.

Wonderland. Is that the name of this place? I've never seen anything quite like it.

[At least Dave's taking this all in with stride.]

No prob. But yeah this world's called Wonderland. Place is...kinda unique. Weird shit happens every now and then, our reflections have actual lives on the other side of the mirror, some of them having a horrible tendency to spy on you for no reason or for wrong reasons. On the bright side, there's infinite rooms and the closets are magical.

Oh, I'm sorry, I'd forgotten how far from home I must be - the Ura are my people. Technically, I grew up in the city. Zulf would know more about them than I would, if you're curious.

[ Well, it's part of his name, innit? ]

Magical? [ Of all the things to catch her attention. Zia, you should pay more attention to the whole "reflections like to spy on you" thing. ] What do you mean?

Huh. I'll have to ask him if it comes up, then.

[Bro picked the surname very well.]

The closets give you whatever the hell you ask for, within reason. It won't send you home or give you somethin' from home, but it'll do anythin' else. You need to watch out, though, 'cause sometimes the closets decide that instead of givin' you a plush rabbit, it'll give you a live one.

[ Zia just lights up ] I can get instruments, then? For music? Oh, thank the Mother for that.

Oh, my manners must have died while we were in the Bastion, my name's Zia. It's so nice to meet you.

Hell yeah you can. [He got turntables from the closet, man. She can probably get whatever instrument she desires.]

Dave Strider. Don't worry about it, though. Considerin' you're from a post-apocalyptic world, it's kinda par for the course.

I'll have to do that as soon as I can, I can't imagine what it would've been like if I hadn't been able to get an instrument of any sort.

[ she laughs a little and shakes her head ] The Calamity's no excuse to forget to introduce myself, it's so basic. How can I make friends if I forget to get their names?

I know my life would've been a lot more borin' without music.

[Dave shrugs.] Eh, you'll probably still manage it. Can't see how you couldn't, really.

I appreciate the vote of confidence. I'm not very good at making friends, though, honestly. Before the Calamity, I only ever really had one, and he-- well, his intentions weren't exactly friendly.

[ She tries not to think about him too much ]

I think someone named Zulf posted a video the other day. He was in bad shape, but uh. He'll be okay.

[ Zia doesn't bother to hide her relieved smile ] Oh good. I was so worried no one else had made it...
