Okay, so tell me something. Just what are we supposed to do around here? I mean, call me crazy or whatever you want, but I just can't shake the feeling that we're little better than test subjects for someone's insane experiment.

Or maybe they're just trying to make us go crazy, and you know what? They're doing a pretty good job of it.

Of course, everyone just calls you mad when you go back into town yelling about how you saw a beast rising out of the sea with multitudinous heads.

No, I know. [He's somewhat preaching to the choir here.] It shouldn't matter how people get their revelations, but some people find that harder to accept.

And really, it's what's in the revelations that's hard to take in.

Well, at least the ones I've heard about weren't. They're mostly about how New York City is going to blow up.

Yeah, well, all I know is, that when I left and came here, it hadn't, and I hope that it stays that way.

Well, that's what they tell us--that time doesn't pass until we return home. That or it is passing, but it doesn't matter since Wonderland just spits us back to the exact moment we left. With no memories of this place, to top it off.

Huh, well, if that's true, I guess that's both good and bad. Though, I guess I don't get how that works; if it is passing, and we're stuck here, who's back there?

I guess no one really would know that. Even if they did, and they managed to come back here after, they probably wouldn't remember anything.

Except I do know that people have gone home and then come back here. They don't remember Wonderland while they're there, but they do once they get back.
