video;
[The video clicks on and off a few times until Elsa's face is finally visible. Even though it's night, it's easy to make out that she's outside and in the gardens. The area has been blasted with ice, and Elsa looks like she's about to panic. She's been here for hours now and can't find her sister. Going through one portal into another world without her sister has set her off, and her recently practiced control has slipped. She's furious to be kept away from Anna once again, and the thick ice blanketing the fountain, ground, and flowers shows that.]
I've had experience with magical talking devices like this before. There isn't an Emma button on this one, but I know someone will be able to hear me.
[Her emotion builds and the ice spreads out further, crackling beneath her feet.]
I'm looking for my sister. Anna, where is she? She should have stepped through the portal here moments after I did. I've been here for hours and haven't seen her. We were just reunited after thirty years apart, and I can't lose her again.
[She knows enough now to not freeze over the mansion and threaten everyone inside, but she will need some answers before she can control her emotions and call the ice away.]
[ooc: This is open to network responses and action!]

[Because that whole idea of being pulled in from various worlds is almost laughable after what she's just been through back in Storybrooke.
She's easy to find, standing by the fountain which is in the process of melting entirely. She's called the ice away but some still remains. Above her head, a snow flurry rains flakes down. She can't take away her anxiety yet.]

[Not personally, but he had been told that this place had always been Wonderland. But an interesting thought that it could have been called something else. If this place ate memories, then who knew?
But he is relieved to see her. He thought the ice was intriguing, but the snow is even more. Definitely going to ask about that in a bit.]
My name's Minato, by the way. What's yours?
[That way when they searched together, at least she knew his name too.]

[She tries smiling, even when her anxiety is riding high and her hands are knit together. The snow above her head flurries faster now that she was close in to someone, but it doesn't seem like she's bothered by it at all.]
Is that how long you've been here in Wonderland? Five years?

[That should give her a good idea of how long people stayed too. Since her hands were knit together, he handed her one of the pamphlets to maybe make her less nervous, give her something to hold onto.]
... Is that you though?
[He thought so, all of the ice and snow. It wasn't coming from anywhere else.]
