I take it the vague message we received from a rodent today is the type of unhelpful missive people have warned me lead to events?

I don't think anyone would be able to call it anything else.

So it was as classically described? Fire and brimstone?

No offense, but I'm glad I missed it. That being said, I'm sure something just as terrible will happen at some point.

I think most of getting ready is more psychological than anything.

I think that makes sense. The mind games with the cryptic messages don't help a thing other than to make people worry.

They might help us get some of the worrying out before things start. That way we can be calmer when things do get underway.

That certainly is a benefit. I believe, for now, all I can do is wait. All any of us can do, really.

It also helps to know who to go to if you need help during an event.

Absolutely, which why soon, I'll be posting information with your name attached as someone who can help in emergencies. If that's alright with you. I can always keep it private, and message you directly if someone comes to me for help outside of what I can do.

It's fine to give my name out. If things get dangerous, it'll be fastest if they know exactly who to call.
