[The recording comes to life and at first there’s a pair of steel blue eyes, just a bit too close to comfort. Leonard pulls the device back quickly, adjusting it to an appropriate distance. The eyes are still blue, but now the rest of his face is visible, as is part of his torso, all dressed in black. He leans back against a wall, one hand loosely around his own arm while the other is obviously holding the device.]

I can roll with this. Afterlife, limbo, apparently Wonderland. Whatever. Down the rabbit hole. I’ve read the book; I might have even had some of the shrooms.

[Just for a moment he looks up, eyes narrowing at something beyond the screen and then he just dismisses it with a shake of his head, focusing on the recording again.]

What I’d like to know is whether anyone knows about time. Not looking to be taught how to read the clock here. I’m interested in the time stream. Timelines. Anyone happen to have a clue about that?

[That out of the way his hand lets go of his arm, the only visible sign of him relaxing.]

Also, more importantly, I know all about tea parties, but does Wonderland have iced tea?

Wonderland has almost anything you can wish for. Literally.

[ Natasha's in the cafe when the feed comes across her device, and she pauses to respond between sips of her coffee. ]

What is it you want to know about timestreams? There's probably someone here that can help you, between the scientists and those that are familiar with alternate universes. I suppose it just depends on what category your question falls under.

So far it's mostly been giving me a headache.

They usually are, when it comes to things most people dismiss as science fiction. At the very least, Wonderland is full of helpful people. You might just have to wade through a lot of scientific theory or 'it's magic' first.

I'm fairly certain none of us expected to end up here. I suppose there are worse places to end up, but there's not many here who find comfort in that. It's a matter of perspective, I suppose.

But that bit about people from different point in time is a nice confirmation, he has figures as much from Ray's babbling, but it's Ray. He tends to tune him out after a while.] I've had some dealings with time. Makes me wonder.

I'm interested in understanding what the time stream actually is. How it gets accessed. What could disrupt it. Things along that line.

I've always been better with practical than hypothetical knowledge.

Slightly curious about how anyone went about testing that theory.

You might be here from a different point in time than someone else from your world. You might run into people who aren't even a glimmer in their father's eye [Like Harry.] or people who've been long dead. And I've also heard of there being different variations in worlds entirely-- people who you know, but who's world doesn't line up with yours. Pretty sure there've been two versions of the same person before.

There's always been a lot to be said for being underestimated and no one was quite as good at doing that as arrogant men like him.]

[ rather than meeting video with video, barry decides to meet it with text. he's faster this way: capable of distracting snart easily by going off on many tangents and blowing up his phone with multiple messages being sent at once. he's always been comfortable with skyping via video, but after recent events, barry's not necessarily the upbeat chipmunk ready to rumble with a smile. ]

Probably not the first word most villains readily associated with their supposed archenemy, but Leonard couldn't help it. His first ever reaction to getting a proper look at the Flash had been closer to wanting to buy him some ice cream than anything, not that that entirely held him back.

But it was fun. Just a game. He didn't really want to kill Barry and he wanted anyone else doing so even less.

Not his father. Not anyone.

So cute it is and he rolls his eyes reading the message, but there is possibly a smile.]

I thought tea-time was 5pm. Need to brush up on my etiquette.
