I do hate to interrupt, [ comes the voice behind the network's latest entry. his voice is weighted down heavily by a distinct brand of southern drawl — georgia flavor, to those able to recognize it ] but seein' as I won't be goin' anywhere any time soon, I do believe proper introductions are in order. The name's Henry, and I hail from a small town called Purgatory. It was 2017, last I checked, but I don't suppose dates mean much in a "wondrous" place such as this.

[ yeah, the alice in wonderland references are completely lost on a man who missed out on not only the book's publishing, but all the disney adaptations that followed it. ]

You wouldn't happen to know if things you were... say, tethered to in your previous, less than wonderful life are still that way in this one, would you? I'm also interested in hearing what one does in Wonderland, other than wait for one of these so-called "events" to crop up, of course. A man of my specific skillset could get awful bored mighty fast without something worthwhile to entertain him.

From what I understand, any connections we have to our own worlds are suspended upon our arrival to Wonderland. Being here involves a kind of stasis - we are as we were when we left, and we remain as such until we leave.

[Freya can still feel the linking spell that exists between herself and her two siblings, and while not all of them are here in Wonderland, the spell doesn't feel impacted or changed.]

[Wonderland has a few plus sides on occasion - but generally you have to be in the right frame of mind to see them.]

I do intend to for as long as I'm able. Though I do imagine there are restraints. Freedom without is chaos indeed.

It's a complicated situation, I agree. While I appreciate not being the only recipient of Wonderland's ire, events and Mirrors can still make things rather complicated.

[Her mirror especially. Her mirror has been the focus of her thoughts a little too often as of late.]

Fortunately - or unfortunately - you likely never will. The Mirror and the Real can never be on the same side of Wonderland at the same time. They may leave you messages on reflective surfaces, but beyond that ...

[It's probably more likely he should worry about Wynonna meeting his mirror.]

None of us do, really. Fortunately, most of them are loyal to the Queen of Hearts, and won't cross over without her permission.

Unfortunately, the Queen can be quite psychotic, so no one really knows when that will be.

Loyalties can be bought. Makes one wonder what sort of price she paid to gain so much trust.

She created them. And she's terrifying. So ... I suppose between the two, she's at least done enough to earn their fear.

Have you seen her? This so-called queen of the other realm?

Only over the network. I've yet to have an in-person audience, and that's probably for the best.

Don't imagine doin' business with a character like her would be pleasant in any venue.
