I work in the medical examiner's office. So, I eat the brains and help solve murder cases with the visions. It's a win-win for me and the police, I guess.

That sounds like a TV drama. Or comedy maybe.
It almost sounds fun, but I'm pretty sure it actually isn't, with the whole changing personalities thing.

If it were a tv show, somehow everything would magically work out by the end of the day, right?

I won't lie, it can be fun. When it's something like...the brain of an artist or guitar player. I can do those things for a while. Less fun when someone has an actual mental disorder or is...you know. A murderer. Something else creepy.

Can you tell it's making you act different? Or is it one of those deals where you don't know it until it's over?

Oh, I can tell. And I try to temper the...crazier thoughts? But it's hard. Especially if it's a compulsion. Turning into a klepto, for example. Wasn't easy to control.
