Hey, Wonderland.

I know some of you were super excited to see Superman around, but... he went home a few days ago.
I waited a little while to say anything, because I figured he might come back, but he hasn't.

Wiccan was looking to put together a team of superheroes here in Wonderland, too.
Does anyone have any good ideas for a team name? I guess "Super Friends" isn't cool enough. I think I'll make a poll later with the best ones.
And do any superheroes out there maybe want to join in?

[ She can't decide if it's better this way -- if it would harder or if it would be better or easier to have a Clark Kent around, even if he wasn't quite her Clark because, after all, he has always been her very best friend. Maybe they could have been friends, too.

What she thinks or feels or wonders seems completely insignificant compared to what Jon feels, however. Her son had grown attached to him. They'd formed their own unique bond and her heart aches for him. ]

( with his own lois lane and his own friends and family. it still doesn't make jon any less lonely here though. )

I wouldn't say happier is the word. Happy, yes. Who wouldn't be happy to return home after being away for so long? That doesn't mean that he wasn't happy here, too. I'm sure just getting the chance to know you made his time here the best it could possibly be.

I'm sure he was happy here, too, but he'll be happier back there. His Ma's still around back home. But it was nice to have him here, even if he wasn't Dad.

I know, hon. He's still Dad even if he isn't Dad. He's still the same person even if he doesn't share the same memories that you do.

We should have an ice cream party and watch Godzilla.

Ice cream and mutated, prehistoric sea monsters? Sounds like something I can get on board with.

You, Kon, Jason, Tim, Cissie, Mondo, Teddy, and Mr. Stark?

A few names on that list I don't recognize. You'll have to introduce me to all your friends.

You sure you're alright, buddy? I'm not doing anything important. We could talk about it if you wanted.

Kon is my new big brother.
Jason and Tim are ( wait a second. ) well you know.
Cissie is Kon's girlfriend.
Mondo's really cool, he built his own motorcycle! We make stuff out of wood sometimes, like in wood shop.
Teddy's a superhero from a different universe! He can shapeshift and he's super strong and cool.
Mr. Stark's also a superhero from another universe, he taught me how to build a rocket engine.

You built a ROCKET ENGINE?

A small one. I gave it to Mr. Stark.

It's an impressive feat regardless of the size, kiddo. Sure beats the average fifth grade science fair project.

My science project I worked on with dad sent us to an island full of dinosaurs!
It was awesome. Krypto came too.

Mostly joking, but yeah. I heard all about the dinosaurs.

Dad's not exactly great at keeping things from me.

So movie night?
We can have it in my new secret base I'm going to build.

Movie night. Various sour gummy things non-optional.

And pizza rolls?

Pizza rolls, maybe some of those pizza bagel bites, too? I feel like this is the sort of movie night that requires both.

[ It'll make him worry a little less and it's not like she's bothered to really make the space she's been using (when she uses it) as her own. The days just keep passing and they're still here, and Jon's got months on her. It might be time to start settling in for the long haul. ]

You just be sure to tell Kon to be ready for some serious Kent family movie night. He needs to realize that we go HARD.

( it will make him worry less--not that distance means much to him when he can hone in on her heartbeat within the castle walls, find his mother pretty much anywhere she wanders off to as long as it's in this dimension. it's leaving it that makes it impossible for him to find her--but maybe if she stays close, he'll be able to stop whatever grabs people out of here from taking off with her without also taking him.)

I'll make sure he's SUPER prepared.
