For those of you that lived with other people back home, how do you get used to the quiet here? I mean, like there's all the craziness and madness and all but like at night, when things are all slow, and it's just you... Whaddya do?

I was, and my mom's not with us anymore. So yeah. I helped out with the house and my brothers. Helped lead the Christmas apocalypse training, and I had a job too.

[For as much of a job as working at the Mystery Shack equated to.]

I don't mind though. Didn't mind. I even got a job here, though it's more play than a job.

Yeah, I mean I knew it wasn't that common but apparently no one else does it but us?

So over the break, we head out into the woods up in Oregon where I come from, and we live off the land and learn survival techniques. Manly Dan, my dad, and my brothers and me.

[And learning it isn't at all normal doesn't change that she sees nothing off about it.]

I had very little of that sort of training before I -- enlisted. [ what? it's the easiest word to describe what happened, even if it's not exactly truthful. ] But there are times I wish I had.
