So. Hey.

I know everyone's on edge with the recent murder, but. Yeah. ( It doesn't have the same effect on her as it does most, but that's kinda cause she's fucked up and it's hard to shake her up at all. But she can feel everyone on edge, and no one seems to be close to figuring out what the hell happened, not that she's deep involved in investigating. She wanted to put up these boards cause there's a lot of stuff she wants to learn, and if she doesn't do it now, she won't ever do it. So here she goes. ) We're all stuck here, but maybe there's something you want to learn or you can teach others.

Like how to play the piano or violin, how to read or write or type, how to do first aid, how to paint or draw, or how to do cool science shit. Gardening, carpentry, sewing, cooking...

Something like that.

I put up these boards in the dining room so you can do that. This board's for offering up lessons. This board's for finding someone who can teach you what you want. Just... since there's a murderer around and it's either a mirror or one of us... or a resident, I guess, maybe make sure to schedule your lessons in a public place and tell someone where you're going.

And keep a weapon on you, and if you don't know how to use one of those, maybe seek some lessons in that. ( deep sigh before she mutters mostly to herself: ) I did a great fucking job selling this.

I personally think this is a really great idea. It helps build our community up more. And I'm happy to sign up to teach something that might make someone feel a little safer.

( It's always strange for Clementine when she does something productive and positive instead of destructive and- Yes. She finds she's able to do that here. She half wonders if she had more of a chance to really live back in her own world, maybe she'd do something good like this there too. )

Yeah? Figure we're all stuck here together so we might as well learn something while we can. Especially if it helps people defend themselves cause y'know.

( There is a dangerous murderer around apparently. Plus Events can be dangerous too. )

I'm offering up survival lessons like how to hunt for food, make a campfire, stuff like that.

Very good idea. Wonderland changes with different events all the time. I remember an event when I was a kid, having to make a campfire and all of that.

[ Luckily his mom could shoot fireballs out of her hands but that's not a luxury everyone has. ]

[R may still not quite look his best (it takes a long while for a body to remember it's alive and start looking it) but at least he isn't having to draw breath every four syllables anymore. Laboured pauses are for when he's actually struggling with something, not just because his mouth can't keep up with the words trying to pour out of his head.

( Clementine is still getting used to it- to someone who is both a zombie but also a person, but she has gotten enough used to it now that she understands it's one more thing about Wonderland. She talked to Liv about it, talked about how grateful she would be if any of her loved ones who became walkers could just- could talk and think and feel.

And be any part of themselves. )

Thank you. ( She tried even if she's not really used to all this. She did better at it when she was eleven asking for interviews, but she lost a lot of social skills along the way. )

I don't know. I didn't see it myself. Just heard about it on the network, and I don't think anyone knows by who. I don't trust nearly anyone anyway, but I know not everyone is like that.

( And mirrors can put a message up as easily as reals can. Whoever did it, whether they're a mirror or they're a real, they could use the board to kill more if they needed. Or just wanted. Some people like to kill.

The last bit makes her smile though, shifting her weight on her legs. )

Oh, I think this is excellent! And as a teacher, I very much approve. I tried to get something like this going a while ago, but no one seemed particularly interested.

I was giving a lot of lessons on self defense and shooting when it looked like we might be going to war, and I still teach a few people, I'd be open to taking on more. With a psycho like that on the loose I want to make sure I do what I can to help people defend themselves, because there might not always be someone else around to come save them.

You're doing good, kid, all things considered. I'm glad people are taking initiative and not pretending like this shit isn't something to be worried about.

Yeah, the war that ended up being a stupid fucking chess match. ( where clementine was just a piece out on the damn board. she's still angry she signed up for that. ) People need as much help as they can get especially since some of the psychos around here have super powers.

But I didn't want that to stop people from learning whatever they want to learn whether that's music or defense or whatever at least people come back from dying here.
