[It took two days for Tohru to heal and awaken, which is at least one more day than many people might have expected of her. Tragically, she was killed once before though, and this is her second death, and thus requires an additional day.
Late at night on November 1st, air rushes into Tohru's lungs and she jolts awake, sitting upright as adrenaline courses through her. But Angelus is gone, and she is alone in her room. She touche her neck gently, expecting it to hurt, but the wound has healed. She is alive again, though she is sticky from the blood she had been laying in and more than a little shaken.
She keeps to herself for much of the day on the 2nd, still unsure of how okay she truly is. Death is always...difficult, for many reasons. It leaves her thinking about a lot of difficult things. She spends much of the night talking to her mother's picture, seeking imaginary comfort from it. She showers and washes all the blood from her hair, and exchanges her sheets for clean ones because something about the mundaneness of making her bed is calming.
It is a while before she can approach the network without trembling, but eventually she does. At first she isn't certain what she wants to say, or how much she wants to reveal to the public at large, but...she feels she should say something. Her usual energy is gone, and she's quieter today. Upon reflection, she realizes there's really only one thing she wants to say at all.]
Um...hello everyone. I...I-I just wanted to, ah.
[She looks down at the floor.]
I just wanted...I wanted to thank whoever moved me, a-and put me in my bed. Thank you very much. I don't know who you are, but...it was really kind of you.
[That's all. She shuts off the feed after that. Video replies as well as action threads are welcome - she'll be keeping to her room today, and then returning to the diner by the 4th.]

[She probably shouldn't be apologizing, but she wouldn't be her if she didn't.]

You didn't. It's okay.
[He would hug her if this were in person.]
Can I do anything for you? I can make dinner.

[Not as nice as a memorial and saying it with flowers, maybe, but still thoughtful, making her comfortable. He smiles, and despite how broad it is, it's decidedly unpleasant, decidedly not Angel's, just one more reminder that he's not himself.]
You look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as ever.
Y-You...
[She doesn't know what else to say to him, truthfully. Her eyes are wide with fright and just talking to him requires every bit of courage she has left to spare.]
Why...Why are you here?
[Why is he talking to her? Is he looking to hurt her again?]

[He bites his lip nervously before he continues.] Do you...need any company right now?

[Truthfully though, he's someone that she's glad to hear from. She smiles a little bit.]
Ah...I suppose I wouldn't mind the company, if it isn't too much trouble.

He decides to inject a little humor into his message. Maybe that will make this easier.]
Well, hey there "Tori". Glad to see you're alright.
Oh! Simon!
[She's excited to see him! She hadn't been sure who he was in Wonderland, or why the event chose to bring them together as friends, and after the event (but before her death) she had wondered about that a little bit. As that sinks in though, her cheeks go pink.]
O-Oh, but...your name probably isn't really Simon, is it? [Just like hers isn't really Tori. She nods her head down at the camera in a polite little half-bow.] Um, my name...my real name is Tohru Honda. What's yours?

It's not surprising. Who goes straight back to work after being murdered? Martha may have, but that's a different case. She's a doctor.
She considers checking on Tohru in her room, but she doesn't want to disturb her before she's ready to talk. When Tohru finally makes her announcement over the network, Martha's quick to reply.]
Thank you for checking in. I was worried. [The sweetest of girls, and yet some vampire had decided to kill her. It's sickening.] There are people working on containing him. [She won't bother with his name right now, not wanting to upset Tohru any more.] I'm so sorry this happened to you.
[Tohru's clearly still shaken, but she still has a small smile for her, and she waves a little bit at the screen. It almost disappears at mention of Angelus, even without his name, but she nods. Even if it's difficult, it's important to know.]
No one's hurt him, have they? I...I can't explain it as well as Cordelia can, but he isn't...that's not Angel. His soul...he's someone else without it.
[As awful as this was, she doesn't want anyone to hurt him in return. Angelus isn't Angel, so if someone hurts him...they're hurting Angel too, aren't they? Or at least, she thinks that's how it works. She isn't entirely certain.]
It's okay. I-I mean, um, I'll be okay, not that it's okay that...that it happened. I'll be okay. I'm sorry I worried you.

[ Hayley hasn't met the girl outside of the most recent event - doesn't even know her real name, actually, so recent announcements on the network have gone completely unnoticed by her, other than that deafening shriek that had left her ears aching for a day or so.
Now though, she opens up the feed to reply, her expression worried and a hint protective. ]
What's wrong? Did something happen? Are you sick?
[She's a little surprised at first - she hadn't known Andrea in Wonderland outside of the event. But then it becomes apparent that she doesn't know what happened, and Tohru can't seem to find the words to describe it.]
N-No, I...I'm not sick. Something happened, but I...I'm feeling better now.
[It's not a true lie really, but it still doesn't feel good.]
...My name is really Tohru. Um, what's...what's yours?

Hey, you. Harrowing experience, right? [ It's said sympathetically, her own memories of being killed by Tom in February still fresh in her mind. It's entirely possible she still has nightmares. ] You mind a little company? Just wanna check in with you and stuff.
I...I'd like that, if it's not too much trouble. I don't mind at all.

It's the least Zatanna can do, considering she totally failed to keep any of the promises she made to Saki.]
I'm Zatanna; I know Saki. Are you okay?
video
[That's a point in her favor immediately. Hana doesn't make friends very lightly, so anyone she's deemed to be a good person must be. Tohru still seems tired, but she's very happy to hear it.]
It's nice to meet you, Zatanna. You're right; my name is Tohru. [But then her breath catches in her throat and panic passes through her.] H-He didn't go after Hana again, did he? Did...did he hurt anyone else? Do you know?
[Tohru's been dead for at least two days, and she hasn't seen Hana since she woke up. She knows what he did to Hana before, but Tohru's missing time and she doesn't know what's happened since she died, if anything.]
