[ This event is a hot mess. In like ten different ways. Now, most of the other events have been disasters in one way or another, too, just by virtue of shaping reality in different ways, but at least they all seemed to have...rules, or a theme of some kind. This is just a hodge podge of everything, and it's kind of weird, honestly.
It's got him kind of curious, though, and so he figures he might as well ask; ]
I haven't been here long, but every event I've seen has seemed pretty straight forward. This one is all over the place, though, like the mansion can't really make up it's mind. Does this happen often? Or is it like when the mansion stayed weird even after those giants disappeared?
I guess I"m just wondering if we should be worried at all.

[ Seriously, how wrong are we talkin' here, Souji. ]
audio;
Sometimes. I know something like this has happened before since I got here. It's like Wonderland is starting to get sick or break down or something.
audio;
Break down? Is there a way to fix it? Or...will it get better on it's own?
[ How does this even work, he sure doesn't know. But Souji's been here longer so maybe he will. ]
audio;
[Now that he thinks about it, that seems to be how these things usually resolve themselves.]
audio;
Are you doing alright? It seems some people aren't really...acting themselves.
audio;
[...]
They're of being a blue bird.
audio;
[ Why a bluebird????? ]
audio;
Also, I was a girl.
[That part doesn't seem quite as strange to him, somehow.]
audio;
[ Probably? Though hearing about all this memory-swapping, Harry's kind of glad he was left out of it. At least, he's pretty sure he was? None of his memories really seem all that off, anyway. ]
audio;
Have you noticed anything weird in your memories?
audio;
[ Even if it would be nice, to think his memories of the Dursley's weren't his. Not that he'd wish them on anyone else, of course, because they're really the worst. ]
audio;
[...]
It's hard to know if I should just be happy about that or suspicious.

[He's kind of given up trying to make sense of things.]
But I think that having a lot of experience at something can get in the way, sometimes. It's possible that people with fresh eyes will see something I'm missing.

You mean these, er, events are normally not this bad?
[ It took quite a bit of work for her to get down to the library, after all. At least the first floor seems relatively normal.
...Not that that's saying much. ]
voice
[ He kind of waffles a little with the answer, not really sure how to answer. On the one hand, nothing could get worse than the Jabberwocky, probably. On the other, well, of all the things he's seen while here...this and what happened at Christmas are probably the most unfortunate.
The Titan's, too, but that happened outside. ]
It depends, really. I've seen worse, but usually they seem...pretty manageable.
voice
[ Hermione grimaces down at the book in front of her, but...well, not much can compare to all she's been through in the past few years. Or him. Older him. Goodness, this is so hard to keep up with sometimes. She constantly has to remind herself he's not fifteen. ]
But how much worse do you mean, Harry? Because this is quite bad, if you ask me.
voice
[ Though he supposes that isn't all that descriptive, and so he's quiet a moment while he tries to decide which is worse; A monster eating the entirety of wonderland, or giant, skinless monsters attacking the mansion.
...Probably the Jabberwocky, yeah. ]
When I got here, a monster attacked that threatened to devour everything and everyone here. It wasn't really...all that pleasant. [ Says captain obvious. ]

[ That sure was a metaphor. ]
Can't really say I'm one to sit back and 'hang on', though.
Re: Voice
Action ain't always the best choice to use, boy.
Voice
I suppose we'll have to agree to disagree, then.
Voice
Evidently so.

[Lily's had about a year to get used to Wonderland now, and though it's often unpredictable, things are usually a bit more scheduled or focused than this.]
Are you all right, Harry?
[Voice]
[ He hasn't been here as long as some, but he's noticed that things are usually...specific in some way. This is all over the place. ]
I'm fine, yeah. I've been exploring the mansion mostly. [ He's not so sure about James, though... ] Have you spoken to dad at all?
[Voice]
[That question comes with a very pointed look. She knows all about his penchant for trouble-- he takes after James, after all.]
And yes, he's fine, so far-- a few memory problems, but we're working on clearing that up.
[Voice]
...Right?
[ Harry nods, looking a little relieved. ]
I'm glad. He seemed a little off earlier. [ Like when he was shouting over the network. ]
[Voice]
[Which, when you think about it, isn't all that different from the way things are back home.]
He's eager to get his memories sorted out, that's all. I can't blame him. I'd like mine fixed, as well. What about yours? All in place, as far as you know?
[Voice]
[ Or he'll be as careful as he can, anyway. ]
I hope it gets sorted out soon. Having your memories messed with doesn't sound all that pleasant. [ It didn't really look like it was all that pleasant, either. ] Oh, but--mine are all in place, I think. Nothing really seems out of the ordinary, anyway.
[Voice]
[If there's trouble, they want to be there. Mostly to make sure he's safe, but she's sure that James would be there for the entertainment aspect of trouble as well.]
I'm glad it hasn't touched you. You're right, it's not exactly pleasant, especially for those of us who have inherited some particularly dark memories, but-- they're not ours. We just have to remind ourselves of that. Getting them back to who they belong to is the most important thing, and we'll manage it, I'm sure.
