Well, that was eventful. At least things seem back to normal, now. It was a bit of seeing "the man behind the curtain," wasn't it? No offense to those of your from Oz, of course. [ Snow White sighs; she's thinking of a particular flying monkey whose assistance she's starting to miss. ]

I'm not exactly sure if this has been asked before, but are there are records of the people of Wonderland? Not the residents, just us. Our... histories, names, that sort of thing.

[ She hasn't had much luck with her own project, in noting it all in a book, unfortunately. ]

Aside from the network. But I guess it would be too convenient to ask for.

I'm sure that it was taken in the Mirrors' rampant thievery, but has anyone seen a few [ there's the tiniest hesitation, barely discernible, and then: ] pictures? They've gone missing; they've very important to me.

Yeah, does it show? Fresh off the boat. Got here a couple of days ago.

Don't worry about it. We were all new once, right?

There isn't anyone in charge, per se; it's more than we're subject to the whims of the Queen of Hearts and the Duchess. It seems as if we're caught in the middle of their petty fighting more often than not.

Is there a king, by any chance? A crimson king?

Hmm... that's a good question. There isn't one that I know of, but I've only been here for a few months. Somehow I don't think that there is, though.

Right. Good to know, but if you hear of someone like that, let me know, alright? Meanwhile, I'm gonna stuff myself on their food and plan my way out.

Well, a long time in this kind of position gives you qualifications, right? And I get the feeling you know your shit, so I believe you mean that.

Well, I appreciate it. I don't often get a vote of confidence, so -

I'm not sure Wonderland even works in a way that would benefit from a... What exactly are you proposing?

Well, a census type of thing like you were saying would be a good start. Just to keep track of who comes and goes, what worlds they're from.

I'll make an effort. I think it can be done going through the network, but it can be difficult when some are much more vocal than others.

Good point. Backdating the thing is probably gonna be a pain in the ass, but we could start with everyone already here right now. Then ask them about people they've known to be here.
