-land's influence on you. [ Good morning from the tired and faintly exasperated countenance of Robyn, who hastily replaces a wayward braid behind her ear before actually attending to the broadcast. She smiles wearily, clearing her throat before addressing the mansion. ]
Hello, Wonderland. In case we've yet to meet, my name is Robyn Cousland of the Gr- [ She cuts off momentarily to glance away, frowning, and speaks to someone or something off-camera. ] Stop. Sit.
[ There's a low whine, but she returns to the device with a satisfied, short sigh. ]
When I arrived, I... found, if it can be called that, a mabari - a Ferelden hound - in the wardrobe of my room. He isn't nearly as well-behaved as my own, unfortunately; he seems much younger, though I've just been thinking it might be because of the way that this place seems to affect us all. Though, luckily, we haven't all been taking little things from other people and hiding them away.
[ TALKING ABOUT YOU, OREN THE DOG. ]
Which... brings me to my point, which is that the dog has apparently been taking things that don't belong to him. Some of them have names written in them, some books, but most of these things have been difficult to return. I know for a fact that he confiscated possessions of an Emily Bennett, Evelyn O'Connell, and Cullen Rutherford. Also... She looks momentarily pained and spots of pink rise into the apples of her cheeks. ] Something... called Busty Asian Beauties, and several other things I've yet to identify.
[ The picture on the cover of that particular piece of reading material is overwhelmingly embarrassing and she hastens to end the broadcast. ]
Andraste's grace. Please stop by room thirty on the first floor if you've been missing something, or just tell me what you've lost and I will return it once I've made some sense of this mess.

[ Robyn isn't entirely convinced of that, for herself. ]
You know Brennan, then. [ Personally, or only by reputation? ] I'll speak with him and see what he thinks.

[ If it had, he doubts he would be here at all. ]
As for Brennan, yes, I know him. He tells me that there are those from Thedas who do not recognize his title or his right to bear it. To them, I say only that it is the Inquisitor who has prevented the destruction of Thedas once and it is the Inquisitor who may yet prevent the end of all you know.

[ She frowns at what she thinks to be a quick judgment. ]
There are. There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding... several people from our world. The Inquisitor, the Champion of Kirkwall, the Hero of Ferelden, and a few others, to lesser extents. You may have learned some of this already for yourself.

[ To him, it seems like an awful lot of quibbling at nothing. ]
In the world I knew, these titles meant something to the common people. Those who filled them were figures of inspiration and no doubt in some quarters fear. Whether the Inquisitor is a human, elf, qunari, or dwarf makes no difference in the here and now. The title is respected. The duty to Thedas and its people is unquestionable.
I would expect those who fill those titles, whatever their names and races happen to be, to put aside petty differences and work to the good of all those trapped here.

[ Someone who'd experienced otherwise could never think so flippantly about it, she believes. ]
They are still people, not just figures. They have lives and memories. That aside, there is no single good, here. There are some whose lives would be better off spent in Wonderland rather than returning home.

Better to live in a parasitic world and feed someone's magic than return home? I assume you know what a broodmother is, Grey Warden. What you describe is a captivity that simply looks better than theirs.
[ Already inclined to be judgmental toward present-day Thedosians, the full force of it comes to bear here. ]
I know none of you. Yet that lack of personal knowledge will not prevent me from working to free you from a world that devours you by inches.

[ Maker, who spit in this poor man's breakfast? ]
I wait for your timely rescue, then, since you seem to the be only one who can accomplish anything while the rest of us scratch our heads.

The knowledge of our fellow captors is a resource to be utilized. It helps to speak with them to discover more than whether they remember Qunari Inquisitors or whose blade ended the Blight. But by all means, stay as long as you wish. Good day, Warden.
[ And with that, he terminates the connection. ]
