[Text/Action]
[At this point, he was certian he had no idea where he was. Yes, the paintings and photographs were quite lovely, but he doesn't recognize any styles from the galleries of London or Paris and he certainly hasn't seen a photograph with so much color in his life.]
[Then there was the strange device he found on his person. Nevermind how a tiny thing like this manages to function without winding it up, but it displayed various messages and images along with bizzare formats. What on earth was a "video?"]
[He turned the device over in his hand for a third time and sighed. If this was the only way he can contact someone for help, he may as well learn to use it.]
Hello?
Can someone tell me where I am?
I woke up in a strange gallery with a strange device.
Very confused.
Please respond.
From Dorian Gray.
[Dorian presses the send button and waits for a reply. He glances up every now and then, looking for someone in the room to talk to.]
[text]
[text] Did you know that Dorian Gray is one of Moa's favorite books? The irony!
[Dorian could feel his heart sink as he read that text... No, this couldn't be real! It mustn't!
Mr. Fujishiro, do you mean to say that
I am[Delete those last two words, it seems he's not the only one.] we are indefinitely trapped in this strange world?Re: [text] No, actually! :)
[text] She has some fanart from the book on her DA
[However, the next thing he texts attempts to minimize the horror.]
I suppose I may as well take a room. I would appreciate it if there were some way we could talk face to face. Eases the nerves. What do you think?
[text] I'll take a look! And read the book.
(OOC: By the way, should I avoid having Nageki tell him about his book?)
[text]
(OOC: Maybe after he's settled down a bit. It's too early for an existential crisis.)
[text]
[text]
No, but the concept is self-explanatory.
Why do you ask?
[text]
[text] Could be worse. We could have been in the library with the molotov cocktail guy
So, you mean to tell me that time itself doesn't work, nothing will happen at my home while I'm gone, and there are people from the future here?
[Excuse him as he sums this up. It's all a bit much to take in.]
Re: [text] Guess who was there some time after this conversation ends.
[text] OH NO THAT POOR BIRD!
Actually, that's not a bad arrangement at all, now that I think about it.
At least I get the comfort of knowing that everything will be as it was when I return.
[If he returns, that is. But hey, he doesn't have to worry about anyone breaking into his attic and seeing things that he doesn't want to be seen.]
[text]
[Though that doesn't excuse the kidnapping.]
[text]
[It's almost too good to be true.]
[text]
[text]
[Dorian might be dreadfully sorrowful on the other end. You may never know.]
Perhaps we may run into each other one day?
[text]
[Most likely. Talking birds aren't as common around here as one might think.]
[text]
Hope to hear from you soon.
